Long story: I have /not/ traditionally struggled with migraines. In 2021 I was dealing with bad depression so I went on Zoloft 5mg. I was ritual about taking it for over a year but I disliked paying for it every month and had felt my depression stemmed from a temporary place of being pregnant. Either way I was still on it. I decided to self-wean off the medication but it caused debilitating migraines and “brain zaps”. I really understood why some people never quit because the withdraw symptoms are so bad. But I decided to take this to help get through it. It works! Within a few days or starting the pills I felt less headache symptoms, haven’t had a migraine, and brain zaps are reduced. I still get them occasionally but a lot less. As mentioned above, the only drawback is that it seems to make my pee very bright yellow. Like neon almost like Mountain Dew. It doesn’t bother me and I think it is due to the bright color of the pill. I will continue taking this vitamin to the end of the bottle and consider reordering for other benefits but it has helped me kick Zoloft! My daughter has been using these for years. They contain all the vitamins recommended for people with migraines in a single pill. It is actually more economical to buy this instead of getting all the vitamins separately and more convenient to take. She does notice a difference when she doesn't take them.

I’ve been taking for a year now, 1 pill a day, which is half the suggested dose. I used to get migraines with aura and numbness about once a month, or at least every few months. The last migraine I had was a couple of weeks after I started taking these pills. Since then, nothing for a full year! I don't recall having gone more than 6 months without migraines. I highly recommend trying this.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I know how nasty migraines can be and I need to share this information so others can take advantage of this product. I have suffered from migraines all my life since I was a child. In my case it is hereditary and not for food or medical reasons as I have been tested for all that and tried all types of injections and/or pills along with diets but nothing worked enough to make a big difference. So I decided to try this supplement because a friend recommended it although I wasn’t optimistic about it at first. Let me tell you that although it took a couple of weeks to “work”, and although it doesn’t prevent migraines completely, it does help with the number of migraines I get on a weekly basis. I usually get migraines (really bad ones) at least 2 to 3 times a week and it took multiple pain killers, ice pack, quiet dark cool room to sooth it. I take one pill a day with breakfast and it made a big difference for me. I only get an average of about 1 maybe two head aches every two weeks but I only have to take 2 over the counter pain killers and it goes away. I have though had bad migraines even though I take these but not even close as to how often or as strong as I used to. That said, just because it worked for me it doesn’t mean it will surely work for everyone, but when it comes to migraines ( for those of us who know) it’s worth a try and I hope it helps someone. I have chronic migraines so I am always willing to try ANYTHING that is safe that might help. I saw this and decided to give it a try since magnesium is known to help with migraines. Well so far it unfortunately has not helped my migraines...but I have suffered with restless legs for some years now and anyone who does knows how frustrating it can be. And I would suffer all day as well as at night. I was put on Ropinirole which helped to some degree but made me so sleepy!!! So I was taking caffeine tablets to combat the sleepiness which caused other problems. I have been taking MigShield for about 10 days now and I am down to taking one Ropinirole at bedtime. For me this is a Godsend!!! There is something about this combination of vitamin/mineral that has made my quality of life SO much better!!! Thank you MigShield!!!

Recommend by my Daughter’s Neurologist. Takes a while before you notice, but she is having significantly less migraines after a month.

My neurologist recommended this to help manage my frequent migraines. I am not sure if it worked as I was taking some other medications as well. So I am neutral on the stars. Pros: I like the combination of the 3-in-one; no need to remember to take multiple pills. They did go down nicely with various drinks with no discernible taste. There were no crumbs or broken pills in the bottle. Cons: The main thing I noticed about it is that it made my urine a bold yellow color. A bit pricey for my taste. Not sure if I would but it again.

These magnesium pills work great! Easy to take, good quality, and I’ve noticed a real difference since starting them. Definitely recommend.
