Both arrived with damaged packaging and appeared to have been previously returned or used.The instructions for installation were inadequate and wrong. I had to improvise and buy another nut/bolt/washer.That being said, it is very strong and easy to deploy. The step could be larger, though.The fasteners are neither galvanized or stainless steel, and will rust in time, I am sure. A previous reviewer noted a rusting problem.
