Uncle Harry's Peppermint Remineralizing Toothpaste | Natural Whitening Tooth Paste Freshens Breath & Promotes Enamel | Vegan Fluoride Free Toothpaste

I’ve always struggled with sensitive teeth. Every dentist I went to recommended Sensodyne which I was already using for years, insanely enough. I switched to this stuff for the purpose of remineralizing and natural disinfectant qualities. Voila! All sensitivity GONE, even during routine dental cleanings. I always get a good review of gum and dental health when in the past, while on sensodyne, I always had at least one cavity and significant sensitivity where I needed breaks in between teeth while cleaning. It was awful. I can’t believe this simple switch solved all my dental ailments. Taste is not delicious but I don’t care. I want natural and efficient. I also buy the dropper slurry solution from this same brand and use every once in a while. When I get lazy and decrease on flossing, I get some gum irritation when I do get back to flossing regularly but I make sure to also add the dropper solution to help minimize irritation. Works like a charm. Fresh breath, strong healthy teeth and gums, no sensitivity, and my kids telling me my teeth look white, what’s not to love. I’m on my third order of multiple jars. This last order was the 4 jars since now my boys are using it too.

Very impressed at how clean my teeth feel after brushing, similar to when you add baking soda to regular toothpaste. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a natural toothpaste, but I love it! It has caused little to no sensitivity. It cleans my teeth effectively and has a very nice peppermint taste. The saltiness is a little weird, but you get used to it quickly. I have only been using a little over a week. I feel like it has whitened my teeth. I’m recommending it to friends and family.

I bought this toothpaste because I want to support a hospitable “launch pad” environment inside my mouth so the naturally occurring “helpful bacteria” vastly outnumber the “harmful bacteria” that together populate my gut making up the microbiome. Our microbiome is unique to us as individuals and has been found to play an important role in decreasing widespread inflammation in the body. The gut bacteria execute essential immune system responses to perceived pathogens ensuring sustained good health by keeping us free from illness and disease. I also would like to believe in the potential remineralization of tooth enamel and I read a review where someone claimed to have had a cavity confirmed by dental x-ray that was completely undetectable 6 months later reportedly due to the “remineralizing properties” of this product! Last but not least: The flavor!! Whoa! Salty! It takes some getting used to and, honestly, I feel like the zesty burning sensation caused by the essential oils in the products is actually becoming more intense after brushing with it for ~ 2 months? Finally, my gums used to constantly feel irritated like they were scrapped up from brushing but they don’t feel that way anymore. I also started using a mouth wash that is 20% aloe Vera that is also helping to calm my gums. Overall, after switching to a child’s level soft toothbrush aka “super soft”, swapping out my old toothpaste for this product and replacing my mouthwash I have to admit my mouth feels a lot better!! Noticeably less gum irritation and cleaner teeth with less plaque/stains. I highly recommend that people try this toothpaste if your health goals include increased use of natural products in your self-care routine and decrease in potentially harmful chemicals, formulated to kill all oral bacteria indiscriminately, coming in contact with your mucus membranes. This product seems like a solid tool in supporting the balance of good bacteria in the body who’s effect on our overall health. we are only beginning to understand. Be prepared to experience a new taste and texture: salty, gritty, and strongly minty but as long as you don’t expect a fake sweet sugar taste and take give yourself time to acclimate to the essential oils then I expect you’ll also have a good experience. The container lasts a long time! Also, I recommend taking a moment to educate yourself re the warning related to lead content in this product: Lead is a natural component of the clay ingredient but it is NOT a type of lead that is “bio available” aka not absorbable by our bodies so there is no risk of harm from lead ingestion. CA law requires warning of the presence of lead to be clearly visible on product label all the same. Now go brush yo teeth!

If you've ever wondered what mint flavored dog poo tastes like, you should give this toothpaste a try. Seriously, the taste and texture are pretty unpleasant. Having gotten that out of the way, this stuff makes your teeth feel squeaky clean and even brightens them up a bit. I would even go so far as to say that this stuff makes my teeth and mouth feel cleaner than "traditional" flouride toothpaste. I have perioral dermatitis and one of the recommended preventative measures is to not use fluoride based toothpaste. So, I've tried probably 6 or 8 different fluoride free toothpastes over the past couple years. This is my favorite one for the way it makes my mouth and teeth feel clean and fresh. I've repurchased it a couple of times and plan to continue using it. One other negative I'll mention is the pot delivery. Once you get down to about 10% left, the product is probably a little dried out and has been pushed against the side of the jar and it's kind of difficult to scoop it out with your toothbrush at that point. You can add a little water to loosen it up and make it easier to get the paste out. Even that tiny frustration, though, is worth having a glass jar, rather than one more thing in plastic.

This toothpaste is wonderful. I know it may take some people time to get used to the flavor but I love the natural ingredients and feel my teeth are benefitting from using this consistently.

This toothpaste makes teeth feel very clean and freshens breath. I haven't used long enough to speak to whitening but it may not apply to me because I have veneers. Salty flavor and lack of foaming takes some getting used to

AMAZING- I’ll never use another toothpaste again. Super peppermint- strong- leaves teeth as if you just had them cleaned so your dentist. I woke up hours later after brushing my teeth band using uncle Harry’s mouthwash ( get this too if you’re smart!) and still had Monty breath! I’ve already recommended to my sister and she ordered and loves both as well!

This is the best toothpaste! Our whole family uses it and keeps the cavities away. It tastes kinda weird the first few times but then you get used to it. Actually we really like it now, your mouth feels so clean. This is the only toothpaste we buy and use now. Love the ingredients and results.

The tooth paste has a different taste. It does not taste sweet but it still is awesome and smells divine. It makes the teeth squeaky clean . Breath smells fresh for long after brushing. A little goes a long way. So though the bottle is small it will last long. I love the cute glass bottle in which it comes.

This has a cancer and birth defects warning as it contains lead. Not sure how much but I sent it back anyway

Just received mine today pack of 4, unfortunately 1 was totally broken into pieces and unable to save it! Normally received in good condition but this time disappointed. The packing could have been more secured! Otherwise i love this paste!
