I absolutely love the Nutricost Electrolyte Complex Powder in Blue Raspberry! It tastes delicious—by far the best electrolyte drink I’ve tried. I’ve tried several other brands and flavors, but this is the only one I buy now. I’ve recommended it to family and friends, and they’re hooked too! The only downside is that it’s a little pricey, but I stock up whenever it goes on sale. It’s worth it to me because I genuinely enjoy drinking it and look forward to it. Highly recommend!

Love this stuff!! I originally got this because i wanted extra hydration minus the excessive sodium that most electrolyte packets have. I put a scoop in my yeti water cup for the day and sometimes a pinch of celtic sea salt and i’m set for the day! I feel definitely more hydrated throughout the day. I workout very often & this is great for post workout! The tiny scoop is actually packed with flavor too and this has helped my boyfriend up his water intake as well. Amazing value for the money with such a great amount it comes with. Will be a repeat buyer for sure!

This was the 4th product I tried on my electrolyte hunt and it's a keeper! I went on a sugar-free diet and also need lower sodium due to kidney stones so this one fits the bill perfectly. I love the flavor and honestly can't tell it's made with stevia...no aftertaste and very sweet. Sometimes I even use less than a full scoop per bottle so you can alter as preferred to get your hydration needs met. The scoop is small and I just use a funnel to get the powder into the bottle mess-free. It dissolves very well, the bubbles subside quickly and with no residue. Love it!!

Easy to dissolve in water, no clumping, hydration is great for the gym. Tastes pretty good, and I have felt no side effects. Buying it again.

You should know that I’ve suffered with cramps in various parts of my body for nearly 2 decades. I wouldn’t say daily, but at least once every couple of days. I drink lots of water, but that doesn’t replace electrolytes. I bought this about a month ago, and have not had even on cramp since. Not only that, this stuff tastes fabulous! I now realize that I’ve been suffering from low level dehydration for years, and this product solved my problem. 10 STARS NOT JUST 5

Good value over the single serve sticks. Good flavor. Has really helped me with cramping during long swims and recovery after working/playing in the TX heat.

I’m a broke student, and I have no money to waste on expensive electrolytes, especially if the expensive ones are the same as the cheaper ones. In most cases, they’re exactly the same. I’ve been using these for triathlon training for a while and they always do the job. I mix it with some carb mix and it works great. The taste with just water is iffy, but again I’m going for effectiveness here. I got these for my boyfriend too, who’s always complaining that he’s dehydrated. Overall, solid choice of electrolytes.

This plus some focus on Potassium and my body fluid levels recovered quickly.

It might take time to get used to the sweetness, but I feel that it does the job. Great for long walks on the treadmill
