HORRIBLE product! Bought 5 total! Each one of them worked fine the first day . The next day the tasers quit working. I got a replacement on only one and even the replacement quit working! Now I'm stuck with no refund because Amazon won't refund that much back to me and I'm also stuck with products that do not work! Will not be buying every again. Amazon should be held responsible for full refunds on things like this. If y'all are going to sell the product atleast insure that it works properly before y'all let people spend their hard earned money on it ! Very dissatisfied !

Even though 2 of the 5 shocking flashlight that I purchased ended up not working. Amazon replace them with working ones. With no problem. But I had also sent Pain Safari an email about one of the flashlights when it stopped working and without me knowing they sent me a new one. Great customer service and great product thank you

I would give it 5 stars except it has limited charge capacity: Turning on the flashlight with a full charge for a second and the charge light is red and takes 10 minutes to recharge to green. When I opened the box and read the directions I tried the zapper after switching it on and it worked, just to see it sparking for a fraction of a second was enough, but that meant someone else had charged the flashlight-zapper and probably discovered the same thing, that discharge is VERY quick while charging is really slow. The idea of a flashlight with a hidden zapper function is good. If I'm walking at night and someone wants to take my wallet I can at least use the flashlight (which sometimes is a deterrent by itself.) THEN, I can use the zapper if the conditions warrant that action. But the charge slips away so quickly if I use the flashlight at all the zapper might not be strong enough? After thinking about that for a while I purchased one of those USB power batteries as a bit of insurance. I can even keep it plugged in to the flashlight-zapper until use of the device, or as a bare-minimum be able to recharge it quickly. What these devices really need is a tiny meter that shows the PERCENTAGE of full-charge, so you don't try to use it and nothing happens. This is a very small thing and about the same size as other just-flashlights I can easily carry in my pocket, and lightweight. I would rather it was a little larger and heavier with a much bigger battery, but the other option is to get a bigger battery to plug it into.

This flashlight is compact and super easy to use! It charges quickly with the Type-C cable, which is super convenient. The light it provides is bright and powerful, making it perfect for any situation. Plus, it’s lightweight, so it’s easy to carry around. Highly recommend!

I bought 4 of these, and one just stopped working.Not sure why, but just know you must keep them charged up. Good for the wife and Daughters.
