Works great, I use mine in the gym so there are lots of metal surfaces. The magnet is very strong and the holder can swivel in any direction you need to watch your phone or get the perfect shot. It feels very sturdy and well made.

I bought this to use in the Truck I use at work and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised how well it works in holding the phone. The magnets are VERY Strong!! The holder does not move at all when it is mounted. Very good item.

Best phone holder I ever purchased. Everything is metal instead of cheap plastic. The magnet is unbelievably strong. You can’t pull it off by itself because it’s so strong. The swivel has to be attached. Would recommend it for any use involving a magnet. I personally use it at work on my forklift.

I would given this five stars, but the parts that screw together often come loose. Not a deal breaker. I’m still pleased overall by this phone holder. I have this on the metal dashboard of my VW bus. It does a good job of holding my phone in place.

Finally a phone holder that doesn’t feel like it came from a cereal box. This beast is solid metal, beautifully built, and doesn’t budge once you set it. Holds my phone like it’s guarding my crown jewels. No wobbles, no plastic creaking, just pure, dependable strength. To the folks leaving 1-star reviews saying “it’s too heavy” …. take your vitamins. This isn’t a toy. It’s a premium holder that feels like it could survive a minor apocalypse and still cradle your phone gently while doing it. If a phone holder is your biggest lifting challenge, we may need to start you on a resistance band program. It’s so good, I bought two more just in case one mysteriously “disappears”. If you want something cheap and flimsy, keep scrolling. If you want something that actually lasts …… this is it. And in case you’re wondering, no, this isn’t a review I wrote because I got a freebie. I paid full price, proudly, like a grown-up with a cart full of questionable online purchases and no regrets. No discounts, no shady DMs, just me and this glorious chunk of metal. Honestly, if something this solid came free, I’d assume it was cursed. But nope — just good old-fashioned money well spent.

This phone holder is perfect for my 1969 Jeep DJ. There's no real dash and everything is metal. The phone holder is strong enough to stay in place and doesn't fall off like the first one I tried. If you're looking for a good holder for a vehicle that isn't all plastic, this is perfect.

This phone holder is made of metal, very heavy-duty, and strong enough to keep your phone held in place through the roughest and toughest uses! This isn't your typical plastic phone holder that tends to be weaker and more flimsy. You know the ones...they are very lightweight, you feel you'll break the holder if you're too rough with it, and that breaks into pieces if accidentally dropped from too high. The ones that you place your phone in and have to keep readjusting it because it won't hold your phone in place well. Nope...this phone holder is the complete opposite of any I've ever gotten. This holder is a beast! This has some solid weight to it, due to it being made of metal. The magnets on the base are insanely strong! I am not joking, it takes a decent pull or two on this holder to break it free from it's magnetic hold on whatever metal part you place it on. It can be so strong that you might have to use 2 hands to pull your holder off of the gym equipment or whatever metal surface you're using. The adjustable holster for your phone has a generous span, and can absolutely hold pretty much any size smartphone there is out there right now. It holds my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with a thick case on it perfectly without issue. I like how the holster has corner frames and holds the bottom corners of my phone, ensuring it will not fall out of the holder. It can be a little tricky to use, but over time you'll get the hang of it. It takes a little bit of work to get the angle of the holster to where you want it to be, but once you do, and tighten the knob, your phone won't change angles at all. This can be a nuisance if you're constantly wanting to change your phone angles, but if you are good with 1 solid angle, this phone holder will keep it in that position forever... that's how solid this holder is! It has been a great addition to my gym accessories, and I'm so glad I have finally found a phone holder that is so solid and strong. I would absolutely say this is more of a tactical phone holder based on its materials and construction, and it will perform excellently if you work in hard trades such as construction or the military. This holder is tough, rugged, and will hold up and take care of your phone better than any plastic holder, I guarantee it.
