I've used EVERYTHING - and THIS works
I have literally used everything, even the Pura gummies they sell you. I am mid 40s, ADD for sure, and brain cloud is a normal in my life. Without lying, these are game changers. facts. Well, they worked for me, so i would try them if I was you. I have most success when i have them as soon as I get up with a glass of water, before any other food or drink.

Interesting Supplement, Mixed Results
I decided to try these Shilajit capsules after hearing about their supposed benefits. The 10,000mg dose seems high, which I guess is meant to be a selling point. I like that they're vegan and claim to be organic. After taking them for a few days, I've noticed some changes, but it's hard to say if it's just a placebo effect. I feel like I might have a bit more energy during the day, but it's not a dramatic difference. As for immune support, I haven't been sick, but I can't really attribute that directly to these capsules. The capsules are easy enough to swallow, which is nice. I didn't notice any weird taste or aftertaste. The bottle looks pretty professional, so that's a plus. One thing that bothers me is that I'm not entirely sure what Shilajit is or where exactly it comes from. The "Himalayan" part sounds exotic, but I wish there was more clear information about the sourcing and processing. I'm not sure if I'll keep buying these after I finish the bottle. They're a bit pricey, and while I haven't had any negative effects, I'm not blown away by the results either. It might be worth a try if you're into natural supplements and have the budget for it, but I'd suggest doing some more research on Shilajit before committing. Overall, it's an okay product, but I'm still on the fence about its effectiveness for me personally. Your mileage may vary, as they say with these kinds of supplements.

Grade claims aside they seem to have some effect
The idea of shilajit is that its basically a substance that supposedly naturally forms in the himalayans filled with stuff called fulvic acid and a huge variety of minerals which makes it healthy but understandably not something most people would want to taste. This not only places it in capsules which bypasses that taste but claims to have effectively compressed it to a rather notable degree though I will note the equivalent is shilajit powder. That said I do feel like these have some effect like perhaps being able to exercise a little longer than usual even if I can't exactly prove it. I will also admit to only taking 1 per day instead of the intended 2 since the dosage would still be quite high and because the price is definitely on the premium side if the supply were only 1 month. The effective of this sort of thing tends to be different from person to person so I would recommend doing your own research and perhaps trying a cheaper variant before this one can be recommended. As a side note the name of the extract being asphaltum took me by surprise considering what asphalt is, thankfully found out that's only part of its name and something to do with it being a 'mineral bed' of sorts so you are not eating pieces of road material.
