I use it for baking sourdough and my loaves always come out beautifully. It’s the perfect size whereas the one I have from tramontina is a little too big for what I need. And it’s so heavy whereas this one is not quite as heavy but heavy enough to know it’s good quality. I love the color. The handles are a good size and the knob is sturdy. I’m thinking I’ll buy another one.
