The soft gels are still large but for me, the oval shape is easier to swallow than capsules. The value for the supply is excellent. I like that these are made from sunflower oil. In my case, I believe it did help bring down my cholesterol a few points in conjunction with Zetia. But do your own research & discuss with a trusted healthcare provider.Also, I was unsure how the resealable bag the product came in would keep it fresh so I transferred it to a large bottle. Unclear whether the manufacturer recomnends protecting it from light.

Capsule looks a bit different than what I’ve been using, slightly smaller and yellow haze versus dark brown.

I bought it since I heard this is better than taking Choline alone due to Lecithin's benefits. You can get heart, nervous system, and brain benefits if you take the recommended dosage. I use this along with Vitamin E 67mg and CoQ10.
