It's a tiny bottle but it says it has over 100 treatments since you're only using a few pumps. You can easily throw this in your travel toiletries bag and add it to hotel conditioner to give it a boost. You can also use the product directly on your hair, but I'd probably use too much that way so I prefer to add it to my conditioner. It has the really cool terabond technology which is supposed to repair and rebond hair.I also like that the ingredients list is short and sweet. It has ingredients that are good for your hair and none that are fillers or unnecessary. I used four pumps, as I have a lot of shoulder-length hair; added it to my conditioner and applied to my hair; combed it through (as I usually do with conditioner) then rinsed it out.My hair felt so soft! It was quite manageable and easily dressed afterwards.
