Suitable for wearing out, but also a great mid-layer between thermals and ski bibs. Keeps you warm, but not bulked up.

Really skinny legs.
I bought the pants based on waist size. Modern athletic fit must mean thin runner body type not for muscular downhill skier legs. The pants were tighter than my base layer pants through the leg. Returned and received less than 50% of my money back. Probably a mistake, but not easy to rectified with Amazon.
