For a ~$300 this board over delivers
This is a very solid board. Super stable yet moves easily through the water. I mention the price in the headline because, of course, there are better boards out there if you are willing to pay $600 - $1,000. That said, for the price, this board is fantastic. It is light and easy to transport. It glides gracefully through the water. It is super stable and easy to stand on. Inflating the board is straightforward but challenging. I am on the more fit side and it gets my heart pumping. Expect to pump for 5 - 15 minutes to get this thing fully inflated. Inflating the board is just part of the workout. The pump that comes with the board is high quality and easy to use. All the mechanical pieces work seamlessly. I frequently paddle on this board with my girlfriend and our dog (collectively the group weighs around 330 lbs.). It handles very well even with all 3 of us. I also paddle on my own and the board feels light and maneuverable. No complaints with performance. The paddle that came with the board is also high quality. Definitely sufficient for casual paddling. If you're looking for a high quality board for an affordable price this is the board for you.

Great Buy! Additional Instructions Below...
So far the value for the price has surpassed my expectations! I bought it for $347 and it's my first iSUP, so I figured I didn't want to spend much off the bat in case I didn't like it, and this one got good reviews. So far so good, and the kit is great! It's nice having everything all at once. As mentioned by other reviewers, the bag feels a bit cheap (mostly the zipper), but so far it's done its job. The iSUP itself is really pretty (and somewhat as important, it also floats and has held air for 3 days). The material and D rings feel pretty sturdy and the foot grip is definitely grippy. It's a bit less steady overall than I hoped for, but I'm also 5'8", so maybe if you're shorter it wouldn't be as bad. It could also just be me. However, it's definitely not stopping me from using it and I haven't fallen off...yet. The paddle seems good and is a better quality than I expected after some reviews. It feels strong enough and I don't envision it breaking anytime soon. It's also adjustable, so it's good for any height. The ankle leash is actually pretty heavy, but once on you don't really notice it. The repair kit is just an orange tube with a few patches. I suppose we purchase our own adhesive, if needed. The one thing I wish it came with is better instructions for blowing it up and deflating it. I consider myself to be fairly fit, so it surprised me that it took around 20 minutes to inflate it when most said it could be done in 10. A quick internet search was a huge help, but only after I worked twice as hard at pumping it up. I've included some tips below to help others along. As for the pump quality, it seems pretty average. Felt sturdy enough, gets the job done, and I honestly wasn't expecting much more than what it is. ***Tips for Pumping Up and Deflating*** -The pump has two settings controlled by a tear-shaped swivel thingy near the top of the pump body. When pumping up your iSUP, swivel the tear-shaped setting to the right. This is the double action pump setting; meaning it will pump air into the iSUP on both the up and down actions, lessening the inflation time. -The PSI gauge doesn't really move much until you get around to 12 PSI or so. As you get closer to the 15 PSI max fill, it will get harder to pump, so swivel the tear-shaped setting to the left. This is now a single action pump, which will make it a little easier to fill the iSUP the rest of the way since it takes more oomph at this point (you'll know it's single action because air will blow out the open side of the pump). -When you remove the air pump it will be LOUD! I woke up my husband and my dog; they both gave me the 'what for' look. Yikes and oops. -When it comes time to deflate the iSUP, simply remove the valve cover, then press and gently turn the red 'button'. This will lock down, allowing the air to come out. Please note: this will also be really LOUD! I deflated mine outside around 11pm, in the still of the night. I have no idea what the neighbors thought. I'm sure there were plenty more 'what for' looks. Yikes and oops again. Hopefully this information helps. I lamented, searched, and compared for quite awhile before buying this one. I wish I had purchased it sooner! I've only used it once in the week we've had it, but I'm definitely happy with it. If anything changes I'll be sure to post an update. Happy paddling!

So Far So Good!
My board came in today. I went ahead and took everything out of the packaging to inspect. everything looked great. I decided to go ahead and inflate my board just to get a time frame on how long it would take to inflate it. It took about 10 minutes, which is not bad at all. It looked amazing!!! The ankle attachment is really good quality and the paddle as well. Deflating took no time at all, maybe 5 minutes total time to deflate and roll-up. It also came with a clip to help hold the paddleboard in place once it is rolled up. The bag is really good quality also. And I love that it was not hard at all to get the board back into the bag which is a plus because most of the time it is a lot harder to get back into a bag than before. The bag also comes with a handle to tote like a duffle back or you can wear it as a backpack. I'd say it weighs around 30 lbs. This is my first SUP and so far I love it! I haven't taken it out on the water to see how it handles but I will be in the bay Saturday to give it a try. So far I would say this is a great product just by the quality and ease of the board and accessories!!

Length or width, but isn't it also about customer service? (revised 07/20/2021)
The board is good. It is. I had used my girlfriend's Thunder Wave before and was pretty sure about the quality of the Serene Life board, but wanted a longer board. So I dove in and bought the Free Flow as it is longer by six inches. (joke, baked right in) Super fun. Not as steady as some (also just bought a Roc Scout which I have not taken for a drive yet, but is purported to be less wobbly), but a great, entry-level board. Comes with an ankle strap, pump (broken), repair kit, paddle. I replaced the paddle as the one that came with it was kind of wobbly. Two bigger problems: 1. Unfortunately, the pump arrived broken. 2. There is an insert card that arrives with the board that states that one is to register the board within seven days of receiving to extend the warranty and receive a free gift. Here is where the board loses not one, but two stars. I tried to register the board, but the page kept stopping at point #3. I called Serene Life customer service in order to get assistance with both issues. I have spent no less than three hours on the phone and in emails with Serene Life customer service to absolutely no avail. There is definitely a language barrier there, but even more, a procedure barrier. After each time a person took my call (which was harrowing, as the menu options are terrible), as the menu options are terrible), they would then tell me that someone would follow up by email. A few days later, an email arrived asking me for all of the same information that I had provided to the CS agent. Four days have now passed, I have not heard back. I tried to get them on facebook. Got a bot. No person has contacted me. It is now two days post that message. Totally frustrated, I contacted Amazon customer service who were slightly more helpful after I go them past the "Send the whole board back, and we will send you a whole, new 20-pound package." A ridiculous waste of resources. Customer service is an imperative part of consumer satisfaction as it pertains to any customer experience and Serene Life falls woefully short here. It is a fine, entry-level board that loses marks for the terrible customer service. EDIT 07/20/2021: Customer service really turned it around and I feel compelled to change this to a four-star review. Since my last post, customer service has indeed made good on their promise to extend the warranty as well as send me a free kayak seat (as per their insert promise re: registering the board). Additionally, the fin broke and they promptly sent me a new one. All of these things are very much appreciated. The reason it only gets a 4-star review at this point: 1. The fin screw feels unnecessary and begs breaking (which it did). While I understand the thought, the execution is not great and I anticipate the need for another one someday. 2. My girlfriend got me another board as a birthday gift (ROC Scout) and I really like it better. The stability is much better (at three inches wider) and the form factor makes it feel like I can get a little more speed and play from it. Good board and customer service stepped up.

Overall Stable and Reliable Board
*New Update 8/18/21 I bought the Multicolored SUP for my husband to get him into paddle boarding with me after I had already purchased one for myself. Can't say enough good things about this product!! We have been boarding 4 times since we purchased them. They are easy to blow up, handle extremely well on the water regardless of rapids or calm waters and it was the perfect board to get our puppy used these adventures. Even with him on it, my husband and I can stand up without losing our balance. Would Highly recommend this product and the seller. Previous review: I rented a SUP once and completely fell in love with it so this is my first SUP. That being said, after a lot of research and understanding what I needed/wanted out of my own this board has not disappointed! I used an electric pump (highly recommend if you can buy one) and got the board to 15 psi without any problems. It handled great on the water today and I had no problems finding my stability riding down the river. It turns well and quickly, and stays extremely straight when I need to. My only complaint is in regards to the paddle itself. The adjuster that allows you to extend and shorten the length of the paddle broke on the river the first time I adjusted it leaving me unable to keep the rod extended without it collapsing on it's own. That being said I'll contact support as I'm pretty sure it was a fluke and the board itself is fantastic. I even purchased a second one for my husband and can't wait for it to get here!

Quality Gear
Very pleased with the quality of the board and the auxiliary equipment. The board is quite stiff and surprisingly stable, even in rather rough water. We have left the board inflated - when hung on a wall it takes up nearly no space. The board has provided a lot of fun for a reasonable price.

Hours of Fun with the Family
This is a great product that generated lots of fun at the lake. The quality is outstanding. Frankly, it is much sturdier than I expected. Our family had hours of fun working out and playing on the paddle board. It will be a mainstay at our lake house for years to come. It will also like have a companion or two next summer, as there was a lot of “competition” to use the board.

Fantastic board and great customer support!
I absolutely love this board. I live close to water and use it several times most weeks. It is quite stable and moves beautifully across the water. Straight forward as far as minor assembly and inflating. It's kind of a pain to deflate and put back in the bag for me but probably not more than most SUP boards. I think I'd be irritated if I were doing that frequently. But generally if I take it somewhere else, I have room in my car just to deflate and kind of roll it and toss it in the back. I have had numerous surgeries on my joints and I love that I can paddleboard with little pain but it does make it a bit harder for me to inflate this. It takes quite a bit of force once you get about half way through. I had a small, slow leak in my board when I first received it, coming from where three seams meet. A patch didn't fix it. But the company was amazing and made it super simple for me. They quickly sent me a replacement board and it's perfect! I can't say enough about how they handled my problem with the first one.

Exactly as ordered, looks really nice.
Just received my paddle board today. It came really fast, I ordered it last night and it came this evening. Blew it up in my living room, since it's still too cold to take it outside. Took me about 15mins to inflate it to 13psi, but I'm a small person with an injured arm. Too bad there's no instructions on the pump, but I managed, and found that it was easiest to use dual pump early on, and then single action near the end. I'll leave it overnight to see if it loses any air. Overall it looks great and I can't wait to take it out onto the water. I'll update my review after I'm able to take it out onto the water. Update: Now that I've been able to use my SUP, it's great. Very sturdy when out on the water, easily paddles, and easy to inflate and deflate at the beach. The paddle floats, so I don't need to worry about it sinking. The carry bag holds everything and more, and it's fairly comfortable to walk with it on your back. Very pleased with my purchase. Update: Over 1 year later and this SUP is still as good as the first time I tried it. I take great care of it by making sure it is completely dry before rolling it up and putting it in the bag. I've had zero problems with it. I've had many people at the beach come up to me and ask me if I find that the pump works, I tell them yes, you just need to keep pumping it up and then PSI will go up...they have all under inflated their SUP's because they think when it's hard by their feel it's good. After showing them to keep pumping then they understand that their pump is working.

Brilliant Paddleboard
We bought this board as our first step into paddleboarding, and we love it! We’re a family with young kids (3 and 6), and the stability of this board makes it easy for one of us to paddle with a child sitting at the front. The non-slip surface is excellent. It feels sturdy and safe, we've even managed to swap adults and children on and off it into our inflatable boat with the two side by side! Setup is straightforward, the pump works well, and the board holds air impressively once inflated. Everything fits into the backpack, which is a good size and easy to carry. We’ll be keeping an eye out for the next time it’s on offer! I’d definitely recommend getting an electric pump if you can, it makes setup even easier.

My 3rd buy !! Because we love it !!
I recently purchased the SereneLife Paddleboard during the Prime Days promotion, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This paddleboard is an excellent investment for anyone looking to enjoy some quality time on the water. Firstly, the build quality is top-notch. The board feels sturdy and well-made, providing a stable and smooth ride on the water. It’s evident that SereneLife has put careful thought into designing this product. One of the standout features for me is the ease of inflation and deflation. The included air pump made setting up the paddleboard a breeze, and I love how quickly it can be inflated and ready for use. Deflating and packing it away is just as effortless, making transportation and storage a hassle-free experience.

Great sup
Great SUP have used loads so far and works great. It does require some effort as the bag it comes with is just the right size if you pack it away the same every time. Part from that all good. Great price feel good not too heavy
