Would these boots be wide enough?** A: I have a broad foot and have always found Muck Boots to be very comfortable. This is my fifth pair. My one complaint is that they don’t provide as good a grip as other boots. I buy them because, they are easy to put on, they are waterproof and warm. **Q: Is size 8 a 41 or 42?** A: Hi, an EU 42 would fall closer under a size UK8. Please bear in mind these sizes are a rough estimate between EU and UK and some sizes may vary. I've worn them around town with jeans on wet days and they were great, but, a word of warning, the grip is not that good on wet leaves or slippery moss and I certainly would not trust them in icy weather. Apart from the grip issues in slippery conditions, in most normal weather conditions these boots are perfect, they keep your feet warm and dry and also look good. My first impression was that they were slightly narrow (I have wide feet) but I kept them and they are possibly a tad on the small size, but they aren't causing me any problems.
