The biggest thing I was concerned about with these was that the included hardware would be cheap and break or strip when trying to drive it into the studs but I was pleasantly surprised. They came nicely packed and had everything I needed, in about 3 minutes I had one of these anchors installed at ankle height, waist and chest. These are wonderful for band assisted stretches and lightweight band exercises!

Wall anchors three Vine Review. Brand: LOVIND. I am installing anchors for Bodylastics exercise equipment. (That is the brand with the round tube with the safety cord inside.) This threesome is built right and equipped right for installing on a hidden wall stud behind drywall/sheetrock, with its one fastener hole vertically over another. It’s surprising how many that look like this have 4 holes, where no more than 2 holes can be used in a typical wall stud. 🤷‍♂️ However, I am lucky enough to have two 4x4 posts in an outbuilding, so I could use just about anything.So why these? Other than working on a single stud, these provide serious lag screws for the job. Hopefully you have a wall stud in the right place and if you can find it, your main concern may be if these stick out from the wall too far. Even painted red, they can be an obstacle to avoid. Next might be, do these edges work best with round bands?Upon final review, I rate this 3 star because I have rated some stainless steel wall anchors a 4 star. They are more rounded to work better with bands or cords, and do not stick out into the room. They are a lot like a boat cleat on a pier. Note these Lovind 3 do have a larger opening of 5/8” on each end if that is important to you. I workout a lot with bands at home gym. Bands are a great alternative to cable machines. They are easier on the muscles, allow for more range of motion and can still progress in resistance by adding more bands or thicker bands. These mounts work great and can be mounted in various positions for different exercises. They came with all the materials needed to mount them. They are very sturdy and should last a long time.

I have 5 different wall anchors that I use for band/tube workouts. Lovind anchors can be used with tube or bands. These anchors are considerably larger allowing for multiple band/tubes Unlike some other anchors, the positioning of the mounting holes and the length of the screws allows for these anchors to be installed directly to the wall and into the wall stud. The rubberized coating provides wear protection for the bands/tubes. A good addition to any home gym and my personal favorite.
