I have MCAS and histamine intolerance and need the freshest coffee possible to avoid major health problems. This canister is amazing- it seals without any air which keeps the coffee as fresh as possible and is easy to open, close, and seals very well. I've had it for a few months, use it multiple times a day, and it still works like new. It's lightweight, looks nice, and has plenty of space for more than one small bag of coffee. Plus, it was cheaper than other similar quality canisters I looked at

The large is big enough for the large bag of whole bean coffee from Sams's club. The coffee quality doesn't degrade nearly as fast since the air is removed from the headspace. This is important because I only make 2 cups of coffee a day. The operation is smooth and easy. The glides down and seals properly. To close the lid, push down on the one side of the lever on the top of the handle, push the lid down to the top of the bean, and then seal it by pushing the lever closed. To open push the lever on the handle to release the vacuum, and pull the lid up. The lid glides up smoothly and effortlessly. The black matte finish looks great and is well represented by the pictures.

I needed something to hold coffee beans when a particular brand only came in full kilo bags and I knew it would take me quite a while to consume. The medium version I have holds about 2/3 of the bag and keeps it fresh with a tight seal and the ability to move the cover down to the level of beans, greatly reducing the air that the beans are exposed to.

This is a great product, and does what it should great, my only con is, I should have bought the larger size, I got the 1 pounder, I think the 2lb would a been a better option, but it's a great item.

This is a coffee changer!!!. It keeps it from going stale, air is coffee's worst enemy. This is a vacuum sealer container, the container is gorgeous 😍. The lid is so easy a child could do it, very durable it's stainless steel... yeah 👍. The air gets pushed out and you hear it!. Then when you open it it's like a slurp sound.... 😂 That's all best I can describe it. A GOOD ONE I PROMISE!.

Works very well

This is a good product in so far as the large amount of coffee that it contains in the ease with which the lid is placed in an extracted from the canister. The only thing we don’t like about it is that coffee grounds somehow get trapped in the rubber rings on the lid. When this happens, and the lid is removed from the canister, coffee grounds will fall on the counter. I think this could be fixed by making the little taller and placing the rings closer to the top of the lid, preventing its contact with the coffee grounds. We avoid this coffee mess by tilting the lid and holding it over the canister and tapping it with a teaspoon to cause the grains to fall back into the canister. It only takes a second and it’s not getting in the way of our use of the product. But, due to this design flaw,I cannot give it a four star or above rating.

I bought this for my ground espresso since I recently purchased a new espresso machine I quickly realized that I needed something airtight to maintain freshness of the coffee. This vacuum sealed container is very high quality and easy to use. I wish I knew about it long ago but I am thrilled to have it to keep my espresso grind airtight sealed for freshness. I very highly recommend it.

Funciona bien y el material es bueno, aunque me hubiera gustado incluyera una tapa como otros contenedores que he visto.

Le format petit est en effet un peu petit car ne contient pas 450 gr de café. Toutefois le principe est efficace. En effet l’air est bien évacué.
