Nice visible welcome sign that seems to be made well and you have metal bolts to hold it together. We will have to see how it handles the winter weather. I think i might put some clear coat spray on it to handle the rain and snow. we did have to replace the little hanging rope with a wire after a couple of crazy wind days.

Comes in 3 pieces but very easy to put together. Good quality for the price. (I will recommend to bring it inside if there is a chance it will get wet during rain or bad weather as then it wont last too long if it frequently gets wet)

You would need to keep this sign in the dry for it to last. It is made out of press board. The sign does have some flaws and 1 of them is it doesn't line up straight when put together. Also, the sign is not very big. From the picture it looks like the sign is big, but it isn't so look at the measurements before ordering. I do like that you can hand the sign or stand it up. I have mine standing up.

It doesn't lay flat, you had to assemble (it comes in three pieces) and the picture shows a MUCH larger PLAQUE representation. The wood is NOT outdoor friendly, and likely will not last long. Do not put it out in weather. Does not lay even due to assembly blocks on the back. Not worth 30 bucks....
