The dog sneaks in to drink the cat’s water now… Works well, easy to clean, no complaints! If I was using for the 80 lb doggo, I’d make the basin a bit bigger to keep the floor dry, but I’m NOT (bad doggo!) so it’s perfect.

This is a fantastic product. I did a lot of online research & ads for fountains that cost twice as much convinced me how important a stainless steel easy to clean unit was. We bought it and the cats swear by it. No more loitering around the bathroom sinks trying to get water out of the faucet. Not only that, we bought a second one. So happy with this product after going through several trials with plastic fountains or ones that did not have a nozzle in the right position for them to drink from.

It’s a great water fountain, but let me give you some crucial advice, make sure you disassemble the whole thing at least once a month, I’m talking about taking apart the mouthpiece and the filter, it builds up a mouldy gunk pretty quick

Supposedly, the stainless steel design is healthier for your cat—great in theory. But in reality, the only way you’ll know water levels are low is when the unit just stops working. And to make matters worse, after only a month of owning my PetLibro fountain, it completely quit. Trying to get help is a nightmare you’re pushed into their app, endless steps, and no real support. Perfect water fountain and my cats loved it, but after a month it stopped working!

The media could not be loaded. I was debating whether or not to get the water fountains with the cameras to hook up within the app, but I ended up getting the more simple ones since I do appreciate the fact that you can place this in the dishwasher to clean each week.Everything came packaged well and it was easy to set up! I ended up getting the bundle that included four filters, which you need to change each month. I did hand wash the fountain beforehand and in the instructions, it does say to soak the white filter in water for 5 minutes to prep it.Otherwise, it was easy to set up and place the filters on. I was surprised at how quiet it was too and it’ll take some time for my cat to get used to her new foundation, but she ended up drinking from it afterwards. It’s a bigger fountain than what she’s used to, but I don’t have to fill it up as often and I think she enjoys the running water!

It takes some research to troubleshoot issues, but I got my pump to start working again once I cleaned the magnetic piece inside the pump.
