Hip thrust
I just used this and it is perfect for hip thrusts. It held my 20lbs weights for each side without an issue. It’s also way more comfortable than using a barbell. Highly recommend!

Nice once you get used to it
I've never used one of these before so it took me a bit to get the hang of it. I found the instructions on its different uses to be somewhat confusing so I referred back to the product page and watched a couple of videos and then it made sense. My knees are bad and I can't do squats so I find using this with a kettle bell helps work the quads even without me having to squat as low. I was worried that doing squats with a 12# ball would have put a lot of pressure on the hips and be uncomfortable but it wasn't, but also unsure if it was because I had sweats and a sweatshirt on adding additional padding at the hips. I do find the 2 pulling straps are a bit long and using 1 strap doubled over and thru the kettle ball was still a bit too long. Squatting too low allows the ball to hit the ground defeating the purpose. I may try standing on an aerobic step to see if that helps. I'm not a gym goer and trying to build a home gym without fancy machines so this is perfect with the versatility. Doing bridges with extra weight really works the core. All in all I think the quality is good. The waist buckle is solid and not one of the cheap plastic buckles and the stitching at the loops is reinforced so nothing should pull apart anytime soon. I also appreciate that things are attached via carabiners and rings and not velcro.

Good accessory, a bit confusing to remember how to set up
I go to the gym often, but also workout at home at lot since I have a toddler. This is a nice accessory and helps me do different exercises, but I found it a bit difficult to remember how to set up everything differently. Really nice addition, though!

versatile workout belt for gains
This hip thrust belt has significantly improved my workouts. It's super versatile — I've used it for hip thrusts with dumbbells, kettlebell exercises, and even as a dip belt for weighted pull-ups. The padding is comfortable, which is crucial when you're doing heavy lifts. I appreciate how it distributes the weight evenly across my hips, reducing discomfort during exercises. The belt is easy to adjust and seems durable enough to withstand regular use. One thing to note: it can be a bit awkward to position at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly. I've definitely noticed improvements in my glute strength since incorporating this into my routine 💪. The only minor gripe I have is that the velcro can sometimes catch on my clothes, but that's not a huge deal. If you're looking to add some variety and intensity to your lower body workouts, this belt is definately worth considering.

Awesome for a home gym
I don't like working out in a gym, but get tired of using the same basic home equipment. This belt is super handy and is diverse in that it can be used with different types of weights. The belt is sturdy and helps me feel like I'm supported while performing squats with a weight. It does take a bit of getting used to, but it's nice to have a way to use more than just body weight when doing different exercises at home. The price is good to add to a collection for an in-home gym. Definitely recommend for someone who prefers home workouts without investing in pricy tools and machines!

Just fits
Likes:1. Adjustable2. Comes with accessories3. ComfortableDislikes:1. If you have an apple-shape/apron belly, pay attention to the max size of this belt. I am 5 ft 3, 195lbs and this belt JUST fits around my waist when used at the biggest setting.

Poor design
Good quality material but design is horrible. Weights flop all over the place leaving bruises on the body. I do not recommend

Frustrating
Got this to add weight to my hip thrusts. I've tried so many different ways to use this and I have not had any luck. The weights just tend to slip and make it impossible to do my exercise. The belt itself would not fit a larger person. I myself am a size 4 and there's maybe 2 in of slack left in the belt. Very disappointed at how not secure the weights are when you strap them in.
