Like all supplements, your mileage may vary, but so far, I’ve enjoyed Brilliance. I started taking this supplement as part of a new stack (along with other lifestyle changes), so I can’t say with 100% certainty that my improved well-being is solely due to this supplement, but it definitely isn’t hurting.The packaging, bottle, and capsules are well done—clean execution all around. No broken, split, empty, or missing capsules. It’s also made in a US facility, which is a near-must for me. I love that one of their ingredients has received multiple awards, and I’ve heard great things about the other main ingredient, enXtra.Overall, I feel I’ve noticed a bit of a boost in focus and alertness on the days I take these compared to the days I don’t. I plan to finish this bottle over the coming weeks and see if there are any significantly notable changes; I’ll gladly update this review if so.It’s certainly not going to replace pharmaceuticals for those who rely on them, but if you need a boost in focus that caffeine isn’t providing, these might be worth a try! I’m giving it four stars because it is quite pricey, but it seems to be a well-rounded supplement.

This supplement has a mild effect on mental focus and alertness. Everyone is different, so it may affect you more than other people. I noticed a mild effect that lasted for a few hours after taking it. Almost like a large cup of coffee might do, but without the jitters. I think it's worth it for a mental boost, however. Almost like one of those energy drinks. I don't think this is something that you should depend on to get through the day, but for a short term boost, it seems to be fine.

I wanted to try this product because of several ingredients I previously read about which allegedly help with mental clarity, focus, and energy. I was impressed that Brilliance doesn’t include any caffeine since that would only serve to make me jittery.I feel like I did notice a slight increase in cognition and alertness after taking this for about 2 weeks. It certainly wasn't a dramatic change and at times was barely even noticeable, so it’s hard to rate this supplement with 100% certainty. I can only hope the effects will improve the longer I take this.However, I don’t feel that this supplement is worth continuing beyond 30 days if I don’t notice any further benefits. This is because the recommended dosage is 2 capsules a day which makes this 60 capsule bottle a mere one-month supply.I’m not a fan of any supplements that are two-a-day since it’s hard enough to remember to take supplements that are once-a-day, but it’s an especially “difficult pill to swallow” when the price point is over $30 for a one month supply!!

I have always suffered from attention issues and am always looking for some supplement support in this area. This bottle came with 60 capsules and suggest taking two capsules a day giving you a 30 day supply. I found these capsules easy to take and easy to swallow. Overall seems to be a decent value for the cost.
