Effective from the first use. Such a relief to find something that makes such an immediate, visible difference.The rough scrubby part is quite scratchy and I can't do it with much force or for very long but I'm using this in combination with a small metal scraper and an oral probiotic. Hoping results will start to last longer between usage.

I didn’t realise I needed this product so much! My oral hygiene has drastically improved after my first use, I love it. It is definitely worth having in your oral routine. Great value for money!

It comes with the tongue cleaning gel and one applicator handle but two applicator heads. The handle is just a flat moulded piece of plastic, so why didnt they include two handles so this kit could be used by two adults in a household? The head is non-removable so the second head is just waste for most people. The instructions suggest to take the 'spare' head to your dentist and ask them to professionally clean your tongue for you - it is obvious to me that a second handle would make much much better use of the second head.The product title actually states that two tongue scrapers are included, so I think it is misleading. I don't like misleading product listings, and this immediately cuts my rating as I think it is inexcusable.It was fairly easy to use the device, although it was hard to get to the back of the tongue without gagging - maybe this will improve with time. Certainly the mouth feel is better after using this. I ended up sticking one of the heads on an old pencil, so we can now use both the heads, but I shouldnt have to do that.The price at the time of review was around £13 including a 13% promo discount. For me the pettiness of not including a second handle, the high price, and the misleading listing title lead me to a three star rating.

Finally I have found a tongue cleaner that leaves me with a clean & fresh tongue without the harshness of those previous cheap metal tongue scrapers I had previously tried. Even my wife made a comment about how fresh my breath was now. 😉Spent a little bit more than I usually would, but definitely worthwhile the investment.

I bought this tongue cleaning system a couple of weeks ago on a recommendation and have been hugely impressed. Tongue feels much cleaner, breath much fresher without the gagging reflex I used to get with these metal tongue scrapers. Highly recommended.
