Where do I begin? My cortisol levels have been over the roof and I’ve tried many things to help me sleep better and wake up more rested. Me sleep quality has definitely improved but I do feel like it’s important to stay consistent to see long term benefits. They taste delicious, I would actually love them as a snack because they’re so yummy. So, what’s best is that I keep them on my nightstand and just chew 2-3 gummies at once and that’s it! My personal trainer recommended them to me, they are super effective in my opinion and easy to use.
