Does it change the feel of the mattress? Some protectors make a "crinkling" noise or makes the bed feel more stiff.. Thanks in advance!

It makes my bed feel like a plastic hospital bed. i feel static as well. There is noise, it doesnt make the bed seem more stiff.

Is this for both mattress and box spring?

It's just for the mattress and you can buy one for the boxsprings which is what I did ,really easy to put on and works great

Will this protect again mold and mildew? I live in a humid climate?
