Not a good choice
This product was a big disappointment. You get three nice size cakes from one package. Once cooked they are so dense that if feels like is is dust to chew. The density of the finished product is the only issue. Since I cannot return it. I will experiment with it and see if it can be used in a smoothie or soup. Who knows 🤷♀️

Great macros for working out
This protein, pancake excelled in flavor and macros, especially if you are looking for a bit more protein in your diet. However, I did not like the texture as it seemed the low dry when making it which was to be expected because of the protein inside the pancake. However, I do believe that this is a great option for those who like more protein in their diet so I do recommend that if you that type of person.

Mixture a bit thin and runny. Dense texture pancake.
The ProtiDiet Lemon Raspberry Pancakes mix has a simple direction: just mix with water. Each pack makes one medium-sized pancake. The mixture resulting from the direction is a bit thin and runny, which spreads when placed on the pan.On the first try, it was a thin pancake and texture was dense (a bit like styrofoam).Learning from the first experience, at the second try, whisked the mixture much longer hoping for a fluffier texture, it feels slightly better but not a significant difference. Also tried using a spatula to prevent it from wide-spreading when cooking, the shape of the pancake is better on the second try, but the taste/texture is almost the same: slightly grainy, styrofoam-like.There isn't any significant taste of lemon or raspberry, and it is not sweet on its own, leaving a slight gluey feel while chewing.Overall, it is a bit bland, but filling though.
