Product is excellent but delivery was not! I have used this product for many years and it is excellent. 9.5 is a complete hydration and the bottles are always filled to the top not partially down the bottle. So you really get your moneys worth. I have never ordered this item from Amazon and I thought I would try it this time thinking that the item would be placed at my door like all my other Amazon packages. To my amazement it was not at my door, I had to look for it and find it in my Apartments office. I thought having it delivered to my door would save me from having to lift it from car to apartment elevator to my door. I was sick and I couldn’t get to my package but luckily a neighbor went to the office and got the package for me. This package was not delivered by prime vehicle‘s but by UPS. Normally I know exactly where my packages are but all UPS said is that it was delivered. I wish Amazon had a better way to deliver this product As I am very tempted to not get it from Amazon again. I will try it one more time and if that’s better I will continue to order but if not I’ll just go to Costco where I’ve been getting it. I hope this service can be improved as I am a prime member, order a lot and love Amazons shipping and handling of products. My rating is for the product only not the delivery from UPS.

This water tastes good. It is also good for us since it has electrolyte minerals. This is good for exercising, and good for kidney function. I feel a bit bad about transporting the water, but I find it convenient to already have the minerals in it rather than taking supplement or adding something.

This water is very good and one of the best values. Unfortunately, Amazon raised the price, so I had to buy it from another big retailer instead. Delivery also takes a while, but the product itself is excellent.

I love these big bottles of water. They were plentiful and came in handy when I ran out of bottled water.

I like this pH water, though it did not help me with my horrible acid indigestion. I'd buy it again, but it's not cheap.
