Good quality, created a good seal. So far haven’t noticed any difference between these and OEM. Great value for money.

Perfect replacement

I use my Bose ANR Aviation headsets almost daily. These pads were quick to replace and were a perfect fit. They are also comfortable. The microphone covers also work well. They supply 3 which is great because I end up loosing 1-2 a year. Both earpads and microphone covers easy to install, with decent quality. Hard to tell the difference from the Bose OEM pads other than in my pocket. I'll buy again!
