Good flavor and i like the fact they are low in sodium. And the perfect size batch so i am not eating the same soup for a,week.

Soup is very tasty. The mushroom isn't whole pieces but rather diced into about 1/4" pieces (fully rehydrated). It takes 30 minutes on simmer to get all the mushroom and everything else soft. I used chicken stock instead of plain water and it turned out very good. The chicken stock also added the necessay salt, since the mix comes with zero salt. I'd buy this again.My only complaint is that each 100gram package isn't fully 100grams.
