I just recently started making sourdough and use these to cover the dough while it is proofing. They are well constructed and fit well over my mixing bowls

I would’ve preferred a more natural material. However, they are functional and the paddle works beautifully. I liked all the extra pieces that were provided with the set. It’s a great addition for a beginner sourdough bread maker.
