Review: Best brace for Lumbar Kyphosis & Lordosis - My Manual for buyers in review: I bought this elsewhere. A vital device that WORKS! Had bought 10 other type back braces, all crush your belly in causing gastronomic & breathing problems & didn't work. This professional grade medical device was recommended to me as he had a broken back once & had to stabilize fully with a side cranking pulley model type 40 yrs ago. This uses a little lever on left to ratchet tighter & press both sides of lever to loosen. Adjustable velcro in rear too. Then easy on with ratchet very loose then snap on right strap on post. Then rachet left tighter & tighten later more as needed. Large size fit my 42" chest & waist with adjustable room for much more or less inches. I moved the sides wider apart by 2 screw holes each side to conform to my ribs on sides nicely. All very adjustable but very bad manual. I added velcro to the tip of the adjusting ratcheted strap & inside side to tuck in the strap that sticks out when fully tightened. Also, put a small key chain cable loop through the attachment side for better access. Pix included. Watch video for better idea and customize it to your body. I used a screwdriver & nut wrench on 6 side screws & 1 nut shaft to lower the chest pad to max for throat comfort when sitting. This pulls your back in while putting the front supports on your hip zone & center upper chest so you can breathe & eat and stay cooler than all. Fits under a loose shirt showing little. Now I can do my crouching labors & house cleaning without bending over in agony. Plan to try it walking farther than my 1 block limit for years.
