My husband had me order these after he got sick of sharpening our knifes every time we use them. He loves this set. Each knife is durable, quality and very sharp. I love that they each have their own blade cover and a case for all of them to be put together. Awesome product for the price !

It’s dangerously sharp and makes you look like an expert filleting fish because it’s so easy to cut with. I receive compliments filleting at the dock but it’s only because my knife is so sharp. Extremely sharp! Don’t make a mistake.

Very sharp. A little stiff.

The fillet knife is comfortable for easy maneuverability and razor sharp. The slim point and great flexibility make for maximum yielding and precise cuts. The Damascus pattern adds a superior look. I love it.

Trash! Used it a few times with no problem, until I was trying to cut a lamb shoulder (average size bones) when the blade chipped. Very disappointing for a product claimed to be “Damascus” quality. It’s trash! Even worse, I contacted the company for a warranty claim, sent them all the information required, they denied my claim saying they “couldn’t find my order with the number on Amazon!”. I sent them a screenshot of my Amazon order, still acting like they couldn’t find my order in their records… why is that my problem?! So basically anyone buying their products has to keep in mind they may end up without any type of warranty… which makes it not worth it. I’d rather pay a little (or even more) extra and get a genuine Japanese clever, made in Japan, better than these shady brands that don’t stand behind their products. A complaint will be filed with the California trade department for fraudulent warranty and business practices.

Perfect Father’s Day gift for my husband of 30 yrs! These are from me and our 2 adult children. He loves them! He loves to cook and go camping. These are perfect for that chef at heart man or woman in ur life. He’s so proud of these! Definitely durable, fits comfortably in hand and cut is like a hot knife thru butter no matter what ur cutting.
