Bad speaker…
The speaker arrived in non-functional condition, prompting me to Amazon contact customer care. They directed me to the Zebronics service center. A service technician visited but was unable to fix the issue and advised me to bring the speaker to the service center myself. I reached out to Amazon customer service again for a replacement, but they required a “dead on arrival” certificate, which the service center stated they do not issue.The service center took the speaker and confirmed that the amplifier board was dead. They replaced the board and returned the item, but the performance is shockingly poor. The sound output is so weak that I have to turn the volume knob to 100% just to achieve minimal audible volume—my 25W speaker delivers significantly better sound. In comparison, my Apple HomePod is vastly superior in both sound quality and volume.The build quality is equally disappointing, with the volume knob feeling cheap and flimsy. Overall, this product is not worth the investment. The service support was frustratingly inefficient and subpar. This has been an all-around dreadful experience, from the product’s performance to the service received.
