Just don't understand one thing The bottle is filled almost 20% only with the tablets.. Why wasting so much of plastic ?

Update: i noticed stomach warming and tongue burning feel at tip after i started taking it daily. I m not sure if this tab has something that has warming effect on gut like ginger spice etc do. I stopped taking it from 9 june and next day tongue burning sensation stopped. I will request everyone to check if they also get some different impact on their body. I will recheck this only then i can say this tab is causing me heat in stomach. It surely works. I have tested taking d3 high dosages before and used low d3 dosages with this tablet and results were hugely different with taking this one. It means i was not getting enough K2 and that's why d3 sachets didn't worked in full efficiency. When yoga and pranayam are done eith proper nutrition diseases cute fast. Neck pain, spine issues just disappeared in few days. However i will still recommend to get nutrition via food and nature for free. This tablet is definitely a good companion when needed.
