OWATROL Polytrol - Color Restorer

Finally found it! This is the product I have been searching for years. It restores many things but I tried it on my 40 year old Musket Brown Alcoa Aluminum down spouts ,soffit and fascia, Brown faded aluminum around my windows and trim around doors. Shines like better than new!! It has been on the aluminum for about 8 months and it hasn’t faded or showed any signs of peeling or yellowing. It is an oil like product that dries to a shine . I tried different application methods and for me the sponge paint brushes worked the best. Nice and smooth. Select the width depending on what you are using it on. I have a 1997 Gator and it’s always been garage kept but the green plastic showed its age. Shiny like new although obviously it doesn’t take out scratches in the soft plastic. This product is a game changer… between a plastic and rubber dressing and a clear paint. I am a happy camper and… a little goes a long way!

Used on my 2019 Club Car Precedent trim. Very easy to apply and so far exactly as represented and looks great. After power washing the trim to remove old buildup, I let it dry for 24 hours, then applied with a foam brush and waited the 20 mins as directed and then wiped off any excess or minor drips. Overnight it dried completely and it is not tacky or sticky. Will be interesting to see how it holds up in the Florida sun over the summer. But so far this has been the best solution I have found to keep the trim looking clean and new.

OWATROL is the best plastic restorer I have ever used! I have tried all kinds of products that claim to bring your automotive plastic "back-to-black," and none ever do. I used this on my 2003 Honda CR-V bumpers, wheel well and body trim, interior plastics, vinyl, dashboard, cargo tray, basically everything, and it brought it all back to a beautifully conditioned black color. Other products look okay until they dry, and the conditioned look fades, and your plastic quickly returns to a dried-out grey color. OWATROL is the best product I have found to keep my car, bicycle, and anything else looking new.

The product works great and it has restored many faded black plastic parts on my car, and on other misc. items. Happy with that. I do wish the container was easier to work with, like in a bottle with a screw cap. I find this container a little tricky to pour onto a rag without spilling or dripping the product.

This stuff is great. It actually works. Also lasts longer than other products. I tried other products, on my boat, that bring back the black, but quickly fade out. So far, this has not faded. It has been 3 weeks and still black. The Mother's lasted a couple of days, the Maguire's lasted about a week and a half sitting in direct sunlight.

So far so Good.. let's wait for the next rain... Easy to apply... I'll try it onthe tires...

All the faded discolored plastics now look like new and bead water like new plastic as well. I am impressed. Just use as per instructions and you will be too.

This is amazing for preserving patina on an older vehicle. Honestly, I’ve used wax polish that lasted a couple of days at best but this stuff gets into the color pigment and displays it beautifully! Well worth keeping on hand. Does tired, rubber trim and inside paintwork! Will never be without a can!!!

Produit posé sur des lames occultantes initialement ral noir qui avaient passé au bout de 10 ans au soleil. Le résultat est incroyable, elles sont comme neuves avec un brillant impressionnant. Reste à savoir combien de temps le rendu durera mais après quelques pluies le resultat reste toujours probant. Je préconise de ne pas passer de chiffon après pose et laisser sécher le produit tel que ... ça évitera les peluches ou poussières adhérentes car le produit se gélifie, c'est certainement ce qui explique les désagréments exprimés pour ceux qui essaient avec un chiffon ou microfibre. En tout cas je vais en racheter pour refaire toutes mes clôtures. Fonctionne aussi sur poteaux métalliques et zinc. Belle qualité
