I have found that medical doctors are indeed interested in alternatives, but they are so inundated and indoctrinated with BiG PHARMA "solutions". When a book contains so many interesting subject, changes were big that some were much more than just interesting.

As with any resource, there are items of info worth the gleaning, some not so much. Would I purchase this book for someone else? Depends of the person & if they were open to natural remedies.

I was looking for something to fight prostate cancer. The Doctor said I have stage 1 prostate cancer. I have an elevated PSA up to 5.6. He said there is very little cancer there. This book gave me much info and I been taking the supplements it said to take. So far I am getting good results. My PSA test 6 months ago was 5.7. A couple of weeks ago after taking the stuff this book provided my PSA was 5.6. It didn't elevate. This book is excellent & informative.

I recognize some of the supplements as cures from other authors as well. Very interesting to learn about how diet and adding nutrition, that our bodies have a hard time getting from our foods nowadays, can help cure or eliminate disease. We don’t stand a chance in this world. We have to be proactive to prevent disease. I believe we can learn from this author. I have been doing liver cleanses and healing from ailments with whole foods mostly fruits and vegetables and herbs. And adding proper supplementation for periods of time. It works!

Full of information, includes many references from respected medical journals. I have personally benefitted greatly from the addition of vitamins and supplements recommended by M.D.s. I believe that mainstream medicine is finally opening the door to better prevention and more natural approaches to treatments that appear to be quite effective. This book is a great resource from an M.D. with a private practice spanning decades. Experience is a great teacher. While there are numerous scams out there, I purchased the book without any ties to additional materials, products or promotions and find it to be based on sound science.
