I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

Used 5 times and now will not charge. I would like a refund and for this dispute to be resolved urgently

I received it broken, and no way to do request a refund. Very disappointed.

Don't buy, very poor quality. Stopped working after a month. It doesnt turn on anymore.

Only had the chance to use this Red Light Therapy Mask a couple of times so far, but already impressed! The design is sleek, comfortable to wear, and easy to adjust. Love that it’s FDA-cleared and offers multiple modes for different skin concerns. Feels very soothing on the skin, and can already tell it will become a relaxing part of self-care routine. It’s lightweight and portable, which makes it easy to use while multitasking around the house. Even with just a couple of uses, skin feels refreshed and looks a little brighter. Excited to see the long-term results with continued use. This would make such a thoughtful gift for anyone who enjoys skincare. The packaging is very good.

The "Red Light Mask, Red and Nir" by INTEO is comfortable to use. This is a great mask that works well and is comfortable. I like the way it fits snugly to my face and does not need a lot of adjusting. I've tried a couple others, and they were ok but not so easy to put on and needed more adjusting. This has straps that go off each side and the velcro attaches together at the back of your head. It stays tight. It also has good eye protectors (two black pieces that you insert after it arrives) that fit well so the light doesn't shine in. I'm happy I can wear my everyday glasses over it while using. They may not sit perfectly but I can perch them on enough that I can see. This mask doesn't have as many colors as some, but the red is what I use the most anyway so it's fine for me. The unit has a timer that can be set for 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minutes. I have used them all and they work as they should. Possible benefits noted in the user manual~ Blue light mode (wavelength 455-465nm) The blue light can help improve acne, acne marks, and balance oil secretion. Yellow light mode (wavelength 585-595nm) Yellow light helps improve skin redness, gives you delicate skin. Red light mode + Infrared mode (wavelength 625-635nm + 830-850nm) The combination of red light and near-infrared light can act on subcutaneous tissue and is the best combination to tighten the skin and increase skin elasticity and luster. I appreciate the unit is very nicely boxed and makes a good presentation. It includes a silky bag for storing the items and a fold-out instruction manual. The attached cord that goes to the remote is 3-foot 10-inches (or 46"). The remote is approx. 4 3/4" x 1 2/4". The remote only has 3 buttons (power, mode & timing) and is easy to use. The charging cable from the remote is 3-foot 4-inches (or 40"). It does not come with the wall adapter to plug into a wall outlet.

I have been dabbling in red light therapy for about 10 months now, trying to support my health and wellness, as well as trying to help me appear less ugly and old. While I cannot confirm that red light therapy does do to help any of that, I can confirm that I am hopeful and also, that there is a wealth of literature available on research repositories like ScienceDirect and PubMed that suggests that using light therapy may support your health and wellness as well as skin. I have two other color therapy masks, made by other companies, but my third mask by INTEO blows the others away; my new INTEO mask is so much better in so many ways! First off, INTEO's mask is 10000000% more comfortable; the other 2 masks I have are also made from similar, flexible material but they just fit like garbage and they are so uncomfortable, I can only stand to wear them for 5 minutes, and that is 5 begrudging minutes where I cannot stop counting the seconds till I can take those other masks off! I think INTEO's mask has a better design that has been thoughtfully designed and as a result, is super comfortable. This mask has a whopping 180 lights and comes with a battery controller which has a pretty long battery life. You have 3 colors to chose from (red, yellow and blue, depending on what you are trying to achieve), and you have 3 levels of intensity to select when using the red color. The mask comes with a nice storage bag, as well as a lifetime warranty, which is amazing. I love this mask so much, I will keep an eye out for other INTEO products. I’ve been using the Red Light Therapy Mask for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed with the results. The build quality is solid and lightweight, making it easy to wear without feeling heavy on the face. What I love: Multiple Modes: The 3 light modes (red, near-infrared, and mixed) are perfect for targeting different skin needs. I mainly use the red light for fine lines and the near-infrared for deeper rejuvenation. Remote Control & Timer: Huge plus! I can easily switch settings without taking the mask off, and the timer function helps me stay consistent without overdoing it. Comfort & Coverage: It fits comfortably and covers the entire face well. No slipping or awkward pressure points. Noticeable Results: My skin feels smoother, more hydrated, and I’ve noticed a reduction in redness. Fine lines on my forehead are also starting to look softer.

Mask is pliable and comfortable. Multiple function on the controls to adjust the wave length of the light to provide different therapies/results. The control also houses the rechargeable battery and has a timer button to choose between 10/20/30 minutes. It comes with the appropriate charging cords and a storage/travel bag. I will have to give it a little time to see what the long term results are.
