Would it be safe to jog?

Would not think that would be safe.

Would you be able to use it for a dog ?

Yes you can, it’s fine, my dog jumps into hers but just not for long periods of time maybe 20 mins maximum if they’re old and struggle to walk

Is the weight limit correct on amazon? Is it 25kg or 18kg or 15kg?

I am not sure what the weight should be but my grandson is 1 and prob about 20-22 kg and still very comfortable in it. When we put him in it, it stands on the floor and is sturdy. He actually prefers it to his pram. He ABSOLUTELY OVES BEING iN IT. One of our best purchases.
