Vegan, B6, Zinc, and Biotin formula
The Brain dietary supplement by Nedley Health has n expiration date of 3/2026. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I do not detect any taste or unpleasant odor. One capsule contains vitamin B6 2,941% recommended daily allowance (RDA), Biotin 3,333% RDA, and Zinc 182% RDA. instructions say take one a day, then increase the dose to up to 5 capsules a day as needed. Considering 5 capsules a day would really be taking much larger quantities of each ingredient, one should have oversight by their health care provider. The company has a warning on the bottle to inform the consumer of consulting with their health care provider when using this as well as a caution statement about not taking other supplements that contain B6, Zinc, and Biotin with this supplement. I really like the formula and how it is targeted for cognitive function. Nedley Health makes other formulas as well which have me interested, such as a Calm formula and Focus Formula. I like that the formula is physician developed and made in the USA- I couldn’t find where it is made on the bottle, but it does say this on the Amazon description page for the Brain formula in the chart when you scroll down.

for me it's worth it
90 servings per container is a three month supply for me and I like that. When I take these I feel not so foggy and I'm able to concentrate and focus just a little bit better. On many occasions I can't seem to get the motivation going to do things I need to do. When I'm taking this supplement I don't feel that way as much. It could be a placebo effect but even if it is it's working on me at least to some degree. I can recommend. But I don't think I'll be taking this five times a day.

I've taken a few of these brain health supplements and quite honestly I'm not feeling much different compared to some other brands I've taken.

I take one a day.
I don’t notice a taste or smell, and I haven’t had any negative side effects. My focus is good and my memory is, mostly, pretty good. I figure that the supplements I take and how I take care of myself through diet and exercise now may not reveal true results for another twenty to thirty years (I’m in my fifties.). So I like this for its contents, though five a day sounds crazy to me. I’m sticking with one. My one big point of disappointment has been that I always thought that biotin would make my fingernails strong. My nails are about as short as they’ve ever been, and that’s due to breakage and splitting. Biotin isn’t a miracle worker for my nails. Luckily it doesn’t seem to have hurt my brain. Would I buy these again? I might just make sure I get the b6 and zinc from a multivitamin, or a one ingredient formulation if 2000% of the rda is needed to make a difference. They’re expensive for the contents.

Potential Neurotransmitter & Cognitive Support, Natural, Zinc, Vit B6, Biotin, Holistic, Pricy
I've been using Nedley Health's Brain supplement for three weeks, and I'm still waiting to see the benefits. I was drawn to this supplement because it's designed to support neurotransmitter balance, which is crucial for stress management and cognitive function. The formula includes zinc, vitamin B6, and biotin, all known for their roles in brain health. Zinc helps regulate neurotransmitter activity, vitamin B6 is essential for neurotransmitter synthesis, and biotin supports overall brain function.Initially, I started with the recommended one capsule a day to see how my body would react. The idea of gradually building up to five capsules daily seemed promising, but it also makes the supplement quite expensive. At the maximum dosage, a single bottle only lasts 18 days, which is a bit pricey at $40 per bottle. This cost factor is a significant consideration, especially since I haven't noticed any improvements yet. While the supplement takes time to show results, I like that it offers a natural approach to enhancing brain chemistry without relying on conventional medication. Zinc is particularly noteworthy, as clinical studies highlight its importance in maintaining proper mental health. This supplement aims to address neurotransmitter imbalances that can affect mood, focus, and cognitive stability. For those considering this supplement, I recommend being patient and starting with a lower dose to assess its effects. Given its price, it might be more practical to combine it with other lifestyle changes aimed at improving cognitive function, such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, and stress management techniques. If you're looking for a comprehensive approach to cognitive health, you might also explore pairing this with Nedley Health's other supplements like Focus, Sleep, Mood, and Calm. Using these together could provide a more holistic approach to mental wellness. Overall, while I'm hopeful about the potential benefits, the cost and gradual dosage increase make it a cautious recommendation for now. 3 stars. Of course, it's recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.
