Most are too big to lift once perishables are inside. This one is perfect for a shorter person to carry on shoulder, with a hand supporting the weight underneath. Straps are perfect, the jute fabric is very posh. It came in a pretty, heavyweight, plastic bag with zipper, for protection. Beautiful. Used the first time yesterday- it held two bags of ice, plus a regular paper bag 3/4 full of groceries. My only issue was putting it in a dirty shopping cart!

I love this bag! I have been on the search for a sturdy reusable and insulated bag, and this fits the bill. I love that the strap are sewn all the way around- I was so tired of straps ripping off all the cheaper versions. It's big enough without being too big. The dark blue is a lovely color.
