Really impressed with these. They're installed in my new media wall.I suggest using the app, as there are much more features than with the remote control. If you just want warm white/cool white at varied brightness then the remote is perfect. But if you want a range of different colours then definitely use the app.

Has loads of features I will probably never use but I like the range of colours and ease of use. Dimming feature is good to have as I installed in my shower and they are very bright at full power.The music sync feature is a bit random as sometimes it flashes lots of colours very fast and not really in time to the music. It would be great if the app could recognise playlists but at the moment it just finds all the tunes on your phone in alpha order so a bit limiting. Still good value for the price.
