A: Not at all, it is adjustable. Very nice quality, I purchased another one 2 days ago for another gift.  The swing is calming and mesmerizing.  The kids love it and so do the adults.  I think the weight limit is 200lbs. Very soft material, pay extra for this one it’s worth it !
