Hard to say...can't hurt
As an 80 year old I take lots of supplements. Thus it is difficult to single out if one particular product is the main cause of any improvement. Many of the ingredients are duplicated in my other pills.Besides that, my vision has good days and worse days, likely due to not always getting adequate sleep, or level of tension from following world events! All in all, I have not noticed any outstanding improvement in vision, but also no further decline.

Didn't see a difference... lol
Ok. I waited until I finished up the whole bottle to review this. Honestly, I couldn't tell a difference between when I started these and when I finished. My eyes feel no different, see no different and I didn't notice any change. They might work for other people but I honestly didn't see any change what-so-ever.

Interesting ingredient list
I got these because I like the list of things in the "proprietary blend". And they haven't done me any harm so far. The inclusion of NAC, lycopene, and quercetin were different from the eye supplement I've been using and seemed good to me. I wish the listing included amounts for each of them in the blend. That's my main concern with this one.

A step back for me
After I started taking these, I noticed that my vision actually got worse for reading small print. I don't wear glasses, but some time in my 40s I noticed my eyes not as sharp as they used to be. I am a regular vitamin/supplement taker, so I figured I'd add these to my regimen. Well, I noted after a bit that my small-print vision actually seemed to get a little worse. Now, I know this could be the result of changes to my eyes as an adjustment period, so I took this with a grain of salt. I now feel I'm back to where I started with no improvement. I am contemplating another go-round to see if it was indeed an adjustment period and with continued use I'd see an improvement. I guess when I run out (and I'm getting close) that'll be a decision I make at that time. If I do and I see improvements (pardon the pun) I'll update my review and ranking.

Natural eye care
Most of these ingredients seem to be quite common in other multivitamins and minerals, so this will be in addition to those that we already take. Hopefully it will offer some help with vision issues that my husband has. He has reported that some of the spots in his vision seem to have diminished a bit after using this. Please note: This is not medical advice, but rather our experience using this product.

Best all-around vision-support supplement I've come across
First of all, you do get 60 capsules in the bottle, not the 30 it says in the main description on the Amazon page. That's still, at 2 capsules per serving, just a one-month supply, at a pretty steep upfront cost. At least for me. That said, I do think this is the best all-around vision supplement I've seen. But that too comes with a caveat, which I'll get to below.First, I'll say that I have low close vision. It's gotten so poor, in fact, that I can't read the labels on most supplement bottles without some sort of magnification or at least a lot of heavy squinting. So, I'm very interested in taking this type of supplement. I've also mostly steered away from taking full traditional multivitamins, but there are certain nutrients I like to get into my body. Two of those, lycopene and lutein, are in this blend. The caveat mentioned above is that most of the ingredients come in the form of a proprietary blend, which means they give the amount for the blend but not the individual ingredients. I get the rationale, that they don't want to give away their secret doctor-formulated formula, but now it's a guess as to how much lycopene and lutein I'm getting. I do know from the label (and this one is actually not bad to try to read) that there is 750 mcg of Vitamin A comprised of both the synthetic palmitate and the natural beta carotene, but they don't say how much of each you get. I'd rather not get any palmitate, so I'd be happier knowing what the breakdown is. 90-10? 60-40? They also tell you there's 15 mg. of zinc, which is a good amount in my book, as I like supplementing with zinc but don't want too much.I like all the ingredients in this supplement. N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) is the most intriguing in terms of potential. But all I know is that there is less than 926 mg. of it here. I wish I knew the exact amount. It's hard to truly rate this supplement without that information.

I am pleased with this supplement. The capsules are easy to take and have no unpleasant flavors or odors. I have experienced no digestive upset while taking this supplement. The ingredients are such that I am looking forward to improving my overall eye health.
