buongiorno... facendo l'unboxing ho notato che il gancio della rete interna al guscio superiore era rotto e un pezzo di gancio sul materassino ...non ho trovato il resto del gancio....è un problema che si può riparare facilmente..... per la tenda merita 5 stelle .....per tentbox suggerirei che i ganci della rete interna sarebbe meglio metterli in alluminio o metallo adeguato.....grazie

Designers are not experienced
Do not buy. Purchased August 2024 and Tentbox USA does not support five year warranty after purchase despite stating so (false advertisement). Next, poor detail design as surround "u" shaped edge seal common to upper shell, retains water enabling wicking into upper shell fabric headliner causing mold and mildew problem (health risk). Next, poor overall design and upper shell mid span spider cracks resulting from positive bending stress resulting from closed position strapping pre-load (evidence of no endurance or in-service testing). Tentbox Customer support requested via email that I report discussions with Amazon support (not your employee, cannot work for business that does not support product).

Haben nun diverse Fahrten gemacht und sind zufrieden. Möhre mussten wir leider schon mal verstärken mit einer Abdichtung, aber das bleibt bei einem Zelt nicht aus. Für ein flottes „lass mal los“ ist das dachzelt super geeignet. Vor allem weil man auch mal über Nacht kurz wo stehen kann, ohne gleich Camping Plätze abklappern zu müssen. Wind und wasserdicht auf jeden Fall! Haben unter die Matratze noch eine zweite Matratze als Verstärkung und Luftzirkulationsunterlage gepackt und nun ist es schön weich und komfortabel. Die Leiter ist relativ sperrig, aber im Kombi wird sie einfach irgendwo hingeklemmt und dann geht das wieder.

Beware of this UK company
What to expect from tentbox customer service! Yes we can sell you another shell! Replace it no but if you pay the shipping from the UK to Alaska we would be glad to accommodate you. But you sure could fix it with some duct tape, Beware Beware Beware, Is there a less than one star I can give this company! Get them off your market place!

Es ist keine Anleitung dabei, das ist schade.
Das Dachzelt ist schön, aber die Matratze ist eingedrückt von der Leiter. Auch ist es an der Leiteraufhängung völlig zerkratzt. Die Verpackung war unten völlig durchgesetzt und deshalb der Schaden. Leider kann man es nur zurück schicken aber keinen Preisnachlass erhalten. Schade!
