Works well for calf stretches
I use this daily to stretch my calves. I was having back and knee issues and my daughter, a physical therapist, said my hamstrings and calves were very tight. I started a stretching routine and my back and knee issues went away. Very sturdy. Easy to adjust angles. Has nonskid so you donโt slide off. Works great.

Very satisfied with my slant board!
I love using my slant board. This is not only to stretch your calves, but much more. I do Single leg RDL, Hip Thrust, Lunges , elevated Sumo Squats, and Deadlifts. I love it so much that I ordered a second one for s9me exercises. This slant board takes your fitness routine to the next level. I never thought I would enjoy using an exercise equipment like I do with the slant board. I am an exercise fanatic and I own lots of equipment for home use and this was something I saw advertised and it caught my curiosity. I am glad I tried it. It is very well made. Strong and pretty as well. I ordered the blue to be a little different. I hope this helps you decide to try this board or not. it makes exercise fun.

Quality, price and flexibility that blows away the Competitors!
THIS IS THE ONE! Considering a second one, for wide stance squats with load. This thing is SOLID, well constructed. Two definitely beats the price and flexibility of ANY single competitors wide stance model. Nothing. Two allows better alignment of the angle of the foot, important. Especially when barefoot. The only way for me. I use foam blocks for squats and lifts, as well as for deep, long term squats when I'm a little tight in the ankles, calves and shins.. Now I will use those only for deep maintained squats when I'm tight.

Quality an helpful
So far I love this slant board. Iโve had it for about 5 days and enjoy the way it works and the challenge it provides to my stretching and left work. Super steady and sturdy all word. Easy to set up and start using immediately.

Good quality slant board, think about if you want one wider though
I'm pleased with this. The wood and construction is good quality. It does what it's supposed to do and is solid at the varying degrees, adjustment is easy and it folds perfectly for storage. After a few weeks for some reason the clasp stopped being able to fit into the eyehole and I can't figure out why, so it doesn't lock anymore but that's not a big deal. The non-slip texture works well. The only issue I have is that its not very wide and I didn't think about that when ordering. They should make a wide version which would be better for some exercises like squats. I would have gladly paid a little more for that version but otherwise it's a quality product.

Sweet relief for years old Charlie horse from H***!
TL;DR: I got a monster Charlie horse from riding improperly on a kayak, suffered the lingering injury for over two years, and this thing is the only thing that has ever helped! Two years ago my friend convinced me to squeeze myself onto his one-person ride-on-top kayak to take a spin around the lake, while he was also on it, taking up all of the comfortable space. I was on the floor of the kayak with my legs scrunched up wierd. This is one of the few regrets of my life. At first it was fun, despite the awkward sitting arrangement. Looking into the water, seeing all the little fishies. But as time went on, my leg was a ticking time b***. I was cramped into a very awkward position, not suspecting anything, just trying to be in the moment with my friend on a gorgeous summer day. Then, all of a sudden, the charlie horse from H*** struck me. It was a MONSTER. The pulsing and throbbing were RELENTLESS. My leg was no longer under my own control. My muscles had gone completely rogue on me. I was flailing in a panic, trying not to capsize the new kayak while also trying to find some relief for my leg, and there we were in the middle of the water, many paddles away from land. I had extremely limited freedom to move around on the cramped kayak. My leg was in TROUBLE. I heavily considered throwing myself into the water just so I could straighten my leg and move freely, but did not want to risk accidentally throwing my friend overboard as well. It was TORTURE. I was an idiot to put myself in such a cramped position in the first place, I know. What a clown. It felt like forever before we reached land. I was streaming tears. My leg felt forty years older than the rest of me. I crawled onto land on all fours. When I finally stood up, I was hobbling. The next day was very demanding. We had a fishing trip planned, which involved covering long stretches of rocky shoreline and jumping from boulder to boulder. I had to go very slowly, and rely more on my non-dominant leg. If I was a gazelle the lions would have gotten me for sure. Even so, this probably made my Charlie horse even worse. Again, what a clown! I walk miles every single day for work, can't take time off work. There was no opportunity for this Charlie horse to heal, no matter how I stretched or stayed hydrated. Even if it wasn't pulsing and cramping, the knot that formed that day was always there, always an imminent threat. For years, I had to be careful. No more standing on my tip toes for too long. Careful about how I jump or run. No more stretching my legs out in bed without cautiously limiting that leg. My friend made fun of me. The charlie horse was now a part of my identity that I had not asked for. I could feel the tightness even when I was just resting. The only thing that ever brought any relief to my charlie horse was standing on a slanted surface such as a hillside, with my toes significantly higher than my heel. Then I got the idea to find a surface like this to put in front of my kitchen sink. My house is basically from the dinosaur age and has no built in dish washer. This means that I am the dishwasher, and must stand in front of the kitchen sink often and for extended periods of time. Then I found this device. It has been in front of my kitchen sink for a day and I use it briefly every time I walk by, and whenever I wash the dishes. FINALLY my charlie horse is getting the deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep stretch it so desperately craves! Now I can stretch my leg out again without fear of the charlie horse acting up. I wish I had found this thing sooner. Stretching without it just doesn't do the trick, not with a wall, not by hand, not with stretchy bands, nope. This thing was the cure. It's so good I almost want to call it magical. The relief it provides is magical for sure!! If you have a charlie horse, don't hesitate!!! The grip is sufficient, the design is sturdy wood and folds up flat for storage or travel. Absolutely worth the money. Yes. Buy this. Buy one for everywhere you have to stand for long periods of time. Send your charlie horse to the glue factory! Lol

Great relief
If you want a walnut slant board in a fine satin finish, this is not for you. It is entirely utilitarian, and made of well sanded 3.4 ply. If you are a woodworker, you would know that plywood is a good thing because it tends not to warp or cup with heat and humidity changes. It comes with a sheet of suggested exercises. I would add that I have found using it to be very effective in addressing tight calf/hamstring/quads. Some of the exercises seem to hit all the way up the chain to the glutes and lower back. Folds easily for travel. Easy to set up and easy to adjust. It has been of great value to me. The right calfs/ham/quads were affecting my knee. Using the slant board even at the easiest setting worked wonders for me. Iโm glad I got it.

Cheap quality
The idea of the product was good, but the quality is very cheap. It has very small screws that can't hold very much weight.

Great for stretches
I've had tight calves for years, would do endless stretches but the way I walk always tightens my calves. This board is such a game changer for me. Easy to use and really helps with the stretches. I've now moved up one level and have noticed it's easier for me to attempt a deep squat

1st usage and it breaks! Seller asks for shipment back before refund - not logic.
Unpacked, stepped on it and it immediately broke! I weight 90kg, so it should not really be a problem. Refund asks me to return the defective item to China, ridiculous for an item worth AU$39 in retail price and probably AU$5 in cost of goods! Common Amazon, you can do better than that! item arrived one hour ago, it is broken (see the pics), just credit and move on. Check the photos.
