It is sort of but the inside is fuzzy fleece-like (think synthetic sweatshirt fuzzy) and the outside rough weave so it could be reversible but not in a true sense. The loom fringe is hit or miss as to twist tie or frizzed out. The binding was put on with very bright green thread that continues to unravel with each wear (x3) along with black thread and not just little … yards of billowing unraveled thread. Binding at fringe line is totally unsewn three of four corners for 1-2". It is all synthetic so with the constant unraveling issues, it will be one of those do I try to wash it or take it to the cleaners where they may destroy it? I really should have returned but stock was nearly out. At some point in the very near future I will get tired of the binding trim issue and just redo the whole thing.
