It makes a difference!!
I got this 5 days a go for me and my 5 month pregnant wife. My nose was constantly dripping and irritated. The time I installed this to my nose, my sneezing stopped and my dripping nose took over an hour before I had to clear it. As for my wife, she was using it at home too. The minute she removed it, sneezing started and with that comes eye itchiness and her lungs started to sound like an old exhaust. Its amazing to feel such a relief from all the pain of hay fever!! However, try maintain being in closed doors when you go for coffee , restaurants or shopping. If you have no choice or wanting to feel some sun rays on your face, go for it, but don't last too many hours out door if you can! A little irritating to put it on at first, but then goes like no problem at all!! I can't advice you on sizes I am afraid, I got my and my wife's sizes right from start. All I could say is its straight forward sizing. Also 5 starts for the company for fast delivery. Please keep up the hard work.

Makes Heyfever Much More Bearable
I have a six week period every summer in June/July that kills me due to having severe hayfever. However I've got to say these do the trick. They are a little awkward to use and to insert the filters in, and can look a bit odd one they are inserted into the nostrils (mainly due to the small loop that goes under the nose). However in the absence of any other suitable alternatives on the market there is not much choice. To be honest I'd rather have an allergy free day and who cares what they look like - they do the job and do it well, and that six week period is much more bearable. Highly recommended.

It is noticeable whilst you're wearing it, so I've painted them silver and grey to stop it looking like my nose is running and more like a deliberate nose ring! Definitely filters out pollen and dust effectively. Originally bought a IIS which was easy to fit and kept its shape well but was a little small and didn't quite seal the nostrils; bought one size up and it fits great though is a bit more fiddly to put in to begin with as the larger size means it's much less rigid so it tends to bend around to funny angles in situ to begin with, so you definitely need to fit it with a mirror and good lighting (and somewhere private!) - so removed a star from the rating. Both were a little scratchy at the point where the filters attach to the band so I nailfiled them which helped some (so removed another star). You need an ultrasonic cleaner to get it properly clean, washing with soap/detergent and water doesn't clean the filters sufficiently and they start to block, making it much more difficult to breathe through.

Exceedingly easy to lose.
Tried them on once and then lost one. I suggested to the manufacturer that they supply a little box. They said "They come in a box". Mine didn't

Working really well!
I was quite sceptical, but I have such terrible hay fever that I hate summers, they are a totally miserable experience for me even when using anti-histamines my days are filled with constant sneezing fits that are so bad I can damage my ribs and constant runny nose. I put these in yesterday. The fit is not quite perfect (but a quick correspondence with WoodyKnows and what we think are the right size are on their way) - but the effect is DRAMATIC. I have not sneezed once. Not once! Yes, my nose is sometimes a little itchy and there is a build up of mucus that needs occasional wiping/blowing - but its nothing compared to before. I have not been shying away from pollen either - went for a fast mountain bike ride through the WOODS last night nose was fine (eyes were a disaster - but there are no claims for that - but use it as proof that the pollen was high and the nose filters worked); today is windy and sunny - perfect pollen weather - walked through the park at lunchtime, did have to blow my nose when getting back and eyes are stinging, but NO sneezing. People do notice the plastic loop, but its better that than the total snot monster that I usually turn into. Will update when the "better" fit arrives and after a 40 mile bike event this weekend. All in all it does what it says. Happy!

doesnt work
had this item about a week now - i personally have found it to make no difference whatsoever to my hayfever - as someone that suffers with a blocked nose/runny nose very often, i hoped this product would help reduce these symptoms. i also find it to be quite uncomfortable and find myself constantly having to adjust it so it doesnt fall out when i laugh etc.

Fantastic product
Superb, wore these when cutting grass and at night. Delighted with the effectiveness and comfort. Have slept through the night for the first time in years.

Roughly as expected
I've suffered for years with severe allergies, mostly to pollen. I can't take the steriod stuff so I'm prescribed the strongest antihistamines they make but all it does it take the edge off. I've been considering getting a polution mask but don't really like things touching my face. I'd hoped these filters would do the same job. The fit was pretty good, I actually doubt it could get much better than if it were made for me. It's also a pretty discreet thing to wear, it kinda looks like you have a nose ring but because it's clear plastic you can't really see it from a distance (I'm white so I don't know how much it would stand out against other skin tones). So it fits well and is low profile. It doesn't really make that much of a difference to my pollen intake though as apparently I am allergic to the smallest allergens. I'm going to try the Super Defence version of this product. It did make some difference, I took my normal drugs and wore the nasal filter and I was able to walk home breathing through my nose rather than my mouth which was nice, but I was still sneezing occasionally (awkward to do in this!) and my nose was running & eyes were burning. For the price I definitely think it's worth giving it a shot, sometimes taking the edge off is what you need. The company also gives excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for that reason alone.

Fits prefectly in my nose!!!. My sinus infection was so bad.. when i look in the mirror one nostril is smaller then the other because of the infection in my nose. I put these nose filter on after doing the reverse sinus wash every morning I wake up. These filer open my nostrils and it does block dust and pollen which i am allergic of. No need to go to the doctor anymore!!! Thank you Woodyknows!!! Definitely a rate of 5 stars and a miracle product i bumped into on amazon!!!

These filters have really helped reduce my allergic reactions to pollen outside. The soft, flexible rubber on the outside of the filters compresses to get in place and then returns to it's original shape just inside your nostril. Since it does not have any adhesive, only the "springines" of the rubber to "seal" itself, it can move around and not form an airtight seal. This is especially true when talking and eating, because my upper lip and nose move with those. However, even though it does not provide an airtight seal all of the time, it reduces (or completely stops if positioned right) so much of the pollen coming in, that I didn't mind. I tested this over the last few weeks by taking it on and off to see how my allergies reacted. I was ALWAYS better off with these in. I also take OTC allergy medicine, so these supplement that perfectly for me, since the medicine helped but did not eliminate my symptoms. With these and the medicine, I no longer suffer from April to October. I bought theses filters and the adhesive nasal screens, to see which worked better. They both work great, but have their strengths and weaknesses. In the future, I will continue to buy both to use in different situations and save money. Here is my comparison of the two types of nasal filters: - These filters are easy (with a few days practice/experimentation) to pop in and out and come with a small, plastic container. The adhesive screens take a mirror to get on, every time. - I use these whenever I'm going outside for a smaller amount of time (ride a bike, water the garden, play with the kids) because they only take me 10 seconds to put in and position. The adhesive screens take several minutes and a mirror. However, if I am going to be outside for over an hour, cutting/trimming the grass or in a high pollen/allergen area, I'll use the adhesive screens because they filter 100% and stay in place, as long as they are on. These removable filters, in my experience, filter about 70%, on average, since they move around and need to be adjusted back into place sometimes, so unfiltered air gets through in small amounts. - It is hard to tell if you have these filters in place correctly to filter all of the air coming into your nose. There are times when it feels right and I look in the mirror an there is a gap on one of the sides. The adhesive filters stay in place and are always sealed to the outside of your nose, so there are never any gaps or question about whether they are letting in any unfiltered air. - I also use these when I'm going out in public, since they are not as noticeable as the adhesive filters, which are very obvious and look really weird. - The price of these, compared to the adhesive filters, is MUCH cheaper per use. So I try to use the adhesive filters sparingly, when I need the "heavy duty" protection and these in most other situations. - I figure about a month's use with these filters (by taking care of them and washing them). The adhesive filters are really only a single use, though I tried to reuse them once. The adhesive looses it's grip after being worn once and does not seal well the second time. - Both filters feel strange to have on, even after getting used to them. They are not uncomfortable, but you know that they are there. - These filters let more air through, so breathing is completely normal. I have worn them enough to "feel" when the filters are getting clogged with pollen/dust and let less air through. WoodyKnows also sells finer mesh filters that I have not tried, because they don't last as long. The adhesive screens that I use let in less air, but it could be a combination of finer screen and airtight seal. However with both types of filters, I never felt the need to breath through my mouth due to lack of airflow through the filters, even while running or biking. Overall, I am very pleased with these filters. The sizing instructions worked for me and they fit nicely. They are not the complete solution to my allergies but work with OTC medicine to make me feel great again in the spring, summer, and fall. They may be all you need, if your allergies are less severe.

Anyone who buys this product should know this. Thus product is not refundable and Amazon site and app are two different interfaces. And information in these two portals is totally different. They are looting you with the product. The product originally comes with 3 quantities. But here they give only two.everything is wrong abt it. Dust goes through mild difference in air.and please don't be impressed I live in Delhi if I use an hanky it works better.

These filters are the answer to allergies that are not helped all that well by antihistamines. I can be sniffling up a storm, but right after I pop these in, I can breathe again. I was ordering the 3S size and they fit well, but because I wore them lower in my nose to effectively cover my nostrils, the little loop hung down a bit more than if the filters were farther up my nose. I tried the 2S, which the WoodyKnows website said was the right fit for my nose measurement, and they didn't seal off my nostril correctly, so back they went - I'll stick with the larger size. I got tired of people thinking I had something clear dripping from my nose when they saw the loop, so I painted the loop with metallic nail polish. It makes it look so much like a nose ring that I've had a couple of young women compliment me on it! It may not be age appropriate (I'm 63) but I don't feel so self conscious now. I do not clean these in a jewelry cleaner. Each time I take them off, I drop them in a glass with water and an antibacterial denture cleanser tablet. I leave them in for an hour or two or overnight, then rinse them off and let them dry. I buy them in the 3 pack so I always have a dry one to wear. I've been using these since last fall and haven't had a sinus infection in 10 months, which is a very good stretch for me.If your allergies contribute to sinus infections, try these filters - you won't regret it. After about 6 months to a year (depending upon how often you wear them) you should replace them; they get a little distorted from being inserted and removed multiple times and may not seal as well. All in all, a life-changing product for me.
