Brilliant quality and performance!
After thoroughly researching all the curling wands offered on Amazon, I chose this one at the lower price range. It arrived the same day and in a lovely box. My hair is fine and never holds a curl because I don't use product in or on it, so I selected the 19mm rod. Well, this wand is EVERYTHING I could possibly want!!...value for money, heats in seconds, adjustable heat settings, strong clamp, long UK cord, safety tip, built-in resting ridge to prevent damage, perfect weight, easy to use, didn't damage my hair, controls are flush so couldn't accidently change the settings, push & hold settings, and best of all...makes beautiful, long-lasting curls (see photo of 1 side curled and without brushing vs 1 side my normal hair look); 2nd photo taken 4 hours later still without brushing and without any product or hair spray). I did my entire head of hair in 5 minutes at 180 degrees!! I love it and am thinking about buying a 2nd one for down the road. I couldnt be happier with this sleek and stupendous curling wand!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Good for curls & safety
It heats up quickly and turns off when it reaches the required temperature. It does a good job with the curls, so it's 100% Recommended for hair. The glove is cheap, but its just ok.

Brilliant for short hair
I purchased these curling tongs because my old ones were drying my fine hair, I am extremely pleased with these new ones because you can set the temperature. I have short hair and my hair looks lovely for a change. I highly recommend these tongs,so glad I purchased them. They were well worth the money

Curls for me do not drop out.
Have tried several curling wands , this by far the best. Curls don't drop out . Love it.

Disappointed
Heats up quickly and I loved the curls I created with it, but unfortunately they fell flat within 30 mins, even after using hairspray. I’m very disappointed as the tongs were easy to use and I didn’t burn myself like I do with a curling wand.

Length of the barrel
They are too long, which makes it a little difficult to use. They are good value and you can adjust the heating which was what I wanted but, had to buy some more which were shorter and had heat adjustments.

Heats up
If you have short or medium hair these, whilst heating very warm, does not grip hair. Slides off.
