great so far!
It was my first time trying these ColourPop Super Shock shadows, and overall I'm liking them so far. Sparkle: -pretty sparkly and glittery, but of course it will look best under lighting. If you're in a more dim or overcast situation, it will look more like a softer cream shimmer. But for me personally, overall the sparkle did not disappoint, and I also really like how some of the shades have colored glitters instead of just silver glitter. Use: -the creamy texture is nice; I saw on Youtube that if it dries out, you could try to revive it by rubbing in a drop or drops of some kind of cosmetic oil. Also, screwing the lid on tightly every time should help; check how tight it is after buying it if you aren't going to use it right away -I really like that it's buildable but still impactful. So if I want to go more subtle/sheer, but still have sparkle, I can do that. Being able to make them sheer also lets me experiment with some of the more adventurous colors without having to commit to a very extreme and bold look! For instance, I tried some greens this time! -I saw in online Youtube reviews that different shades have a different texture and different emphasis (metallic, glitter, etc) so you can research to know a bit more Value: -decent! Affordable and great choice if you're very particular about which shades you use. You might get a better cost per shade in a palette, but that's no good if you aren't going to use all the shades.. -yes the pan/quantity is actually not deep, but tbh I think it wasn't much different than many other eyeshadow pan depths. It's a fair amount compared with other eyeshadows, though of course more could have been nice -yes you can blitz through one of these quickly if you like to wear a lot of strong eyeshadow or reach for a certain color every day. But if you like to do a more light/sheer application and change up your look, these could last a while i think My personal take on the shades I tried: -Ice Dream: The sparkles aren't only blue and purple, but kind of rainbowy. I like that you can apply this as a sheer wash of a bit of glitter so it doesn't look too white and frosty if that's not what you want -Ladybird: The general look not too far from Ritz, so if you want to save money maybe pick one; both are pretty. Both have a silver/white (rather than iridescent) sparkle, and work well as a "nude sparkle" look. Very sparkly. -Ritz: Ritz is like Ladybird but with some tan/caramel color in it. So if you're very pale-skinned and wanted a sparkle with the appearance of no eyeshadow color, Ladybird may be what you want. If you're medium-toned, both can work for you except that Ladybird is a bit brighter/louder/glitzy and Ritz is more of a classy sparkle. But again, you could just apply more or less product to make either work -Frog: I liked the iridescent sparkles in this. Overall it's a bit more of a softer look than Ritz and Ladybird, which can be really nice. Still sparkly though! The pink in the base is quite pale, especially if you only do a light swipe like I do. So I use this like a sheer iridescent sparkle more than for adding a pink color to my eyes. I would imagine if you layer it on more opaquely, maybe it'd look like a frosty neutral/pale pink. -Moon Daisy: This one has blue-green sparkles, which is different from than REM (but the shadow base color itself is still like a silvery baby blue. REM is a little more blue-purple. You could just choose one between Moon Daisy, Dream Much, and REM, due to the fact that these are buildable, but basically Moon Daisy would be for if you definitely don't want as much color, and want to lean away from blue-purple. -REM: this is definitely a darker shade than Moon Daisy. It would be easier to achieve a sheer look with Moon Daisy; with REM you're going to show a bit more color (like Ritz compared with Ladybird). It has iridescent purply-blue sparkle. -Obvi: Aside from the shadow being green, it also has green sparkles. The shade is pretty wearable in my opinion because it's not as far from skin tone compared with how a deeper and cooler forest green would be. -Rooftop Cocktails: Love the cool green sparkles in this. Also pretty wearable, more than you'd expect, because you can make it sheer, and because the reddish base harmonizes with skin tones.

What gorgeous color eyeshadows!!
These eyeshadows are the most beautifulest!!!!!!! I'm SO happy I ordered them! I'm definitely ordering more in different shades! These eyeshadows, the advertisement doesn't do them any justice! Nor does my pictures! And I promise, I tried!! I tried to get the camera to take pictures of how pretty and sparkly they are and I just couldn't! The greenish, brownish, burgundy color eyeshadow most definitely shifts in colors. What you see in the advertisement, is exactly what it looks like. Apon first glance, you'll see this beautiful, sparkly florescent green shimmering like green glass. Then, underneath of that shimmering green, you see this very pretty brown-burgundy color peeking through. When I swatched it on my hand, I literally lost my breath!! The change from glistening green to sparkling burgundy is remarkable! My picture does not help at all but I promise you ladies, it's something you gotta see for yourself!!! It's buttery soft and blends phenomenally!! No blotching, no fallout, just perfection every time! And the container it comes in looks like there's quite a bit of product in it also! The brown eyeshadow is beautifully, stunning as well! When I ordered it, I thought it was brown that shifted to gold. However, it's not just a shift of sparkling gold in this eyeshadow! There are numerous different specs of colorful glitters all through it! And just the right amount! Not too much to cover the beautiful gold hue you see, but just enough that when the light hits, you can see shiny, showing specs of all colors!!! I'm definitely ordering more! I DO recommend! These are perfect for just putting on by itself or blending/pairing with a dark green, brown, even red and burgundy! Ladies, we NEED this! The price is right and this is great stuff!!!! It does have a strange texture when you're dabbing your brush in it, but it states that in the advertisement information. However, when applying to the eyes, it applies just like a regular eyeshadow would, only much better!!

Stunning Color, Smooth Application & Zero Fuss โ Obsessed!
Iโve been a fan of ColourPop for a while, and the Super Shock Shadow in Ripple absolutely lives up to the hype! From the moment I opened the pot, I was in love with the gorgeous metallic purple shimmerโitโs bold, eye-catching, and gives the perfect pop of color without being over the top. What really sets this product apart is the unique crรจme-to-powder texture. It has this fun, slightly bouncy feel that makes application incredibly smooth and effortless. Whether Iโm using my finger or a flat brush, the shadow glides on evenly with no fallout, which is so rare for a glittery or metallic shadow. Itโs perfect for both beginners and makeup lovers who want something easy to work with. The pigmentation is fantasticโjust one swipe gives you rich, vibrant color that you can build up or blend out depending on the look youโre going for. It gives off just the right amount of shimmer to catch the light beautifully without looking chunky or glittery. You get that wow factor without any mess. I also appreciate how long-wearing it is. It stays put all day with minimal creasing, and I donโt even use a primer most of the time. Itโs become my go-to for quick glam looks, and I always get compliments when I wear it. If you're into fun, high-quality shadows that are super easy to use, this is a must-have. ColourPop nailed it again with this formula and shade. Iโll definitely be picking up more colors!

Gorgeous but wish it was more pigmented
I have been testing out this eyeshadow for several weeks and it's become a go to for days I want a little sparkle. The glitter is excellent, it stays in place better than any other I've tried and looks really beautiful on, noticeable but not too much. You can definitely build it up for a really glitzy look, but it works well as an everyday/daytime shadow if you apply with a light hand as well. It blends easily and I love the creamy formula, there's less fallout and more staying power, much easier to work with. For the price these are excellent, as with many of ColourPop's products, and for the size of the mini pot it has a lot of product in it. My only complaint is that I wish the pigment were more noticeable. I have incredibly fair skin, so even light pinks and metallics should show up well on me, but I get much less of the pink than I'd like, it more reads as a subtle neutral sparkle. It helps to layer it over a highly pigmented pink shadow, but I wish I didn't have to and this has better color payoff. Overall though this is an excellent product, would definitely repurchase!

Really Pretty On The Eyes
The shadow is absolutely positively stunning on the eyes. I use this daily all over my lids with a nice matte brown in the crease, and the combo gets me complements alot. I work in a high school, so when a HS age girl goes out of her way to tell you how pretty your make-up is, or how she LOVES your make up, well it is a really big compliment. I use my finger to put it on the lid, as even a flat brush doesn't give you the results that using a digit for application does. The product is that buttery-creamy consistency that super-shock shadows from Colour Pop does so well. The only reason that this product looses a star is for the fallout. By then end of the day I have glittery fallout on my cheeks. The fallout itself is not so bad that it is a deal breaker, it just is. That said it is so much less than other shadows that have that same glittery effect, probably because the glitter is so finely milled, but it still ends up all over. This issue could completely be fixed by using a glitter glue beneath it, but for my glitter glue is just heavy enough to make me look tired, and I would rather have fallout than have my lids weighed down making me look tired. All in all if you are prepared to deal with the small amount of fallout, I think you would be happy to have this shadow in your makeup collection. I would even repurchase it if they do not stop making it by the time I run out.
