Diatomaceous earth seems to act like a chalator and seems to help me eliminate toxins well, psyllium adds bulk and helps with clean get-aways, while triphala adds moisture and is more of a laxative. Between these and this step I'm eliminating better. This puts me in a much more natural position and tucks away nicely right under the bowl making it very handy and I think it makes the toilet look better and more complete. Very happy and recommend!
