The media could not be loaded. Best shower head I’ve ever own. Does everything as described and feels amazing. The handheld sprayer is perfect for using on yourself and to clean the shower walls and floor. Easy to install. I can’t see me ever changing to anything else. Get you one.

Great packaging and quality! It also came with teflon tape and extra washer! Only wish it had come with a wrench for the larger nuts that need to be tightened.The jet stream on the handheld is great for rinsing the shower after cleaning too!Everything worked beautifully!Will update if anything changes.

So I legitimately love this but I couldn't give it five stars. I've installed many shower heads over the years and never had trouble getting a great connection. Maybe it's me but I couldn't get a really great, tight connecting without using a ton of force and tape. I'm probably going to replace it because there's still a little leak but I wish I didn't have to because it is super nice. So if the problem was me, then consider this a five star review instead.

Sooo happy with this rain shower and hand held combination. The power spay wash feature is an added bonus for a quick effective clean up after showering.I installed this in a few minutes, it was so easy. Took me longer to get the ladder, plumbers tape and wrench out than it did to complete the installation. I am a 5 ft tall, 75 year old woman, it was easy for me. Anyone can do it. The water pressure is excellent with both heads operating and the rain head is a pleasure just to stand under and relax for a minute. I think it is a great value for the price, easy install, and works well. Very happy with this purchase.

I got this as a replacement for an old leaky showerhead that had very poor water pressure.Instructions were included (thank goodness), but could have benefitted from additional detail such as where and when to include the screen o ring. It came with its own Allen wrench, but we honestly couldn't figure out what it should be used for. It did co e with a good supply of Teflon tape, which is always good.It was relatively easy to install and looks really nice and elegant. Much nicer than the ancient shower head we had before. We like the different settings on the handheld unit and feel of it when using. It is very light weight and was easy to grip. I was intrigued, yet confused by the spray that came out of the top. I tried using it to clean the grout in the shower, but it was too strong for our 30yr old grout and loosened/broke some off. However, it probably would be great for newer grout or cleaning the fabricated showers. Could also be great for pressure washing items in the shower.The pressure was amazing. We did t even think that we could get that much pressure from our old pipes! The rain showerhead feels great. I would highly recommend.
