Cleared my brain fog
I'm a double lung transplant survivor. I am doing great, but the meds that I must take seem to cause some brain fog in me and low white blood count, due to immunosuppression make me tired mid-day. I cannot take a lot of oral supplements as they interact with the drugs I must take to stay healthy. My TX nurse suggested this brand and this particular blend as transdermal absorbtion doesn't include the liver or kidney which is where interactions can take place. So far, so good. I can find my words again, and I'm not as tired.

Too sticky
I switched to these from the VICI brand. I’m not sure about the results from the ingredients yet, but the glue is too sticky. It hurts a little to remove and it leaves behind sticky residue.

Doesn't work
I'll grant there are some likely benefits from the herbal and mushroom components. But this is not a sufficient source of vitamins. I've been using these for a year and just did blood work to find I'm severely vitamin d deficient. Imagine my surprise!!
