It was easy to take and helped raise my levels
My doctor suggested that I take b12 supplementation in order to raise my blood serum levels. They were at 300. I took the supplement for 6 weeks and it raised my levels to 670. Doc was happy about my results. I like this pill. It is easy to take sublingually, and it tastes good too. I would recommended it.
